And through an allsided and standardized method and approach, it is likely to supply the best quality products at their lowest costs. 2 適用范圍 Applicable Scope 適用于本公司的新產(chǎn)品或改型產(chǎn)品的過程設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)。 This is applicable to the process design and research of new product or revised products in AICQ. 3 職責(zé) Responsibility 總經(jīng)理任命橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理 ,和開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的批準(zhǔn) GM appoints coordination project Manager and authorizes to develop project. 橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理職責(zé) Responsibilities of CFT Manager ?負(fù)責(zé)橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組內(nèi)部、橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組與分承包方、顧客的協(xié)調(diào)聯(lián)絡(luò)。 Responsible for managing Cross Function Team, coordinating and contacting the subcontractors and customers. ?負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量策劃。 Responsible for quality planning. ?負(fù)責(zé)每一步驟項(xiàng)目過程開發(fā)計(jì)劃的審核，以及及時(shí)調(diào)整每一分項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間進(jìn)度表。 Responsible for evaluating each step of project process development plans and duly adjusting the time schedule of each subproject. ?負(fù)責(zé)定期主持小組 會(huì)議，檢查計(jì)劃落實(shí)情況，并對(duì)每一計(jì)劃落實(shí)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行討論審核。 Responsible for presiding over the team meeting, checking the execution of plans, and making discussion and examination of each execution. ?負(fù)責(zé)定期向最高管理層匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目狀況。 Responsible for reporting the project status to the top management periodically. ?負(fù)責(zé)定期召開橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組與顧客、分承包方之間的協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議。 Responsible for convening the coordination meetings with the customers and subcontractors periodically. ?負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督各階段檢查表的填寫。 Responsible for supervising the filling of checklists for each stage. 各個(gè)部門經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目小組成員的提名 ，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目小組成員的批準(zhǔn)。 Department’ managers are in charge of nominating, the project manager is responsible for authorizing the members of the project team. 4 工作程序 Preliminary preparation of project 產(chǎn)品開發(fā)任務(wù)來源 The source of the task to develop product 公司市場(chǎng)銷售部根據(jù)市場(chǎng)或顧客的反饋的產(chǎn)品信息，以《信息傳遞單》的書面形式通知技術(shù)工程部。 Marketing department notices engineering department in written form of “information munication sheet” based on the product information feedback from market and customers. 市場(chǎng)銷售部根據(jù)市場(chǎng)和顧客的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)需求，取得新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的信息或協(xié)議，并通知技術(shù)工程部。 Marketing department obtains the information or agreement to develop new product and notices engineering department according to the product developing demand of market and customers 產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的準(zhǔn)備 Preparation to develop product 市場(chǎng)銷售部應(yīng)從顧客處索取相關(guān)資料，如樣品、產(chǎn)品圖紙、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范等，同時(shí)開具《新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)申請(qǐng)單》，經(jīng)總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后，一并轉(zhuǎn)交給技術(shù)工程部。 Marketing department claims the relevant documents from customers, such as samples, product drawings, standard and specification. Meanwhile it is required to issue the New Product Development Application. They are all be delivered to Engineering Department with the approval from GM. 顧客提供的圖紙、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范等資料，技術(shù)工程部按《文件和資料管理程序》和《技術(shù)文件管理辦法》進(jìn)行歸檔保存。 Engineering Department files and keeps the materials from customers, such as drawings, standards and specification and so on, based on the Documents and Materials Management Procedure and Technical Documents Management Rules. 顧客提供的樣品由技術(shù)工程部負(fù)責(zé)登記并保存，保存時(shí)應(yīng)標(biāo)明顧客名稱、產(chǎn)品名稱、接收日期等內(nèi)容。 The Engineering Department is responsible for registering and keeping the samples from customers. It is required to define the names of customers and product, and ining date and so on when keeping. 技術(shù)工程部接到相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資料后，應(yīng)組織力量及時(shí)將顧客提供的資料進(jìn)行消化，并進(jìn)行技術(shù)、工藝論證。 At the receipt of the relative documents for developing product form customers, the Engineering Department should anize to prehend them and carry on the demonstration on technology and process. 成立橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目小組 To build up the cooperation project team. 由總經(jīng)理任命橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理挑選人員組成橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目小組，小組成員可由技術(shù)工程部、制造部、市場(chǎng)銷售部、財(cái)務(wù)部、質(zhì)量部及采購部等部門有關(guān)人員組成。如有必要，分承包方和顧客代表也可參加。 GM designates the cooperation project manager.
