【正文】 1 目的Objective 對原材料、協(xié)配件、半成品、成品進行檢驗和試驗，防止不合格的原材料、協(xié)配件非預期使用，不合格半成品轉序，不合格成品出廠。This is to inspect and test the raw material, ponents, semifinished and finished products to avoid the nonconforming raw materials and ponents from unexpected usage, to avoid the defective semifinished product from flowing into the next process and to avoid the defective finished product from releasing out of the factory.2 適用范圍Applicable Scope 適用于本公司的原材料、協(xié)配件、半成品、成品的檢驗和試驗控制。This is applicable to the control over the inspection and test of the raw materials, ponents, semifinished and finished products of the pany.3 職責Responsibility 質量部負責原材料、協(xié)配件、半成品、成品的入庫檢驗和驗證的歸口管理。The Quality Department is responsible for the ining inspection and test of the raw material, ponents, semifinished and finished products. 技術工程部負責制訂和發(fā)放原材料、協(xié)配件、半成品、成品的圖樣、檢驗規(guī)程及相關接收標準。The Engineering Department is responsible to formulate and release the drawings, inspection procedures and relevant receiving standards applicable to the raw materials, ponents, semifinished and finished products.4 工作程序Work Procedures 檢驗和試驗前的準備Preparation Prior to the Inspection and Test 由質量部根據(jù)《控制計劃》和檢驗指導書，在開始檢驗工作之前，復查是否已經對每項重要檢驗項目的方式和方法做出規(guī)定，其內容包括：檢驗方法、檢驗工具及精度、抽樣方法、評定方法、記錄方法，注明可能需要提供的質量保證書/自檢報告、要求和驗證方式。Prior to inspection, the Quality Department shall refer to the “Control Plan” and Inspection Instruction, checking if the inspection way and method for each important item have been regulated, including: inspection approach, inspection tools and their precision, sampling method, assessment approach and recording
