The boiler is π type outdoor arrangement supercritical boiler with variable pressure operation, single intermediate reheat, single furnace, balanced draft, dry ash removal and total steel frame suspending structure. It has atmospheric flash type startup system without recirculating pump and adopts tangential firing, low NOx bustion burners, 32 burners are arranged in 8 layers. The boiler is equipped with 8 units ZGM133NII medium speed mills directfired system of Beijing Power Equipment Group, under BMCR condition, 6 mills are in operation 2 mill is standby. 鍋爐以最大連續(xù)出力工況( BMCR)為設(shè)計參數(shù)。在任何 6臺磨煤機運行時,鍋爐能長期帶 BMCR負荷運行。 Boiler takes maximum continuous rating (BMCR) as design parameter.
