畢 業(yè) 論 文(設(shè)計(jì)) 論 文 題 目: 基于 MCGS 的 PLC恒溫控制系統(tǒng) English Topic: THE SYSTEM OF PLC CONSTANT TEMPERATURE CONTROL BASED ON MCGS 系 院: 物理與電子工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 自 動(dòng) 化 班 級(jí): 0 8 1 1 學(xué) 生: 指導(dǎo)老師: 年 月 日 I 基于 MCGS 的 PLC 恒溫控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 本論文闡述了利用 PLC模塊通過(guò)數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換模塊和溫度檢測(cè)模塊等, 以 PLC控制器為核心,設(shè)計(jì)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件電路和軟件程序, 并運(yùn)用梯形圖編寫程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)液體加熱及對(duì)溫度的保持, 完成要求的控制任務(wù)。 本文也介紹了基于三菱公司 FX系列的可編程控制器,編程時(shí)使用編程軟件 FXGP/WIN C,使得程序更為簡(jiǎn)潔,運(yùn)行速度更為理想。同時(shí)運(yùn)用北京昆侖公司的組態(tài)軟件 MCGS設(shè)計(jì)人機(jī)界面,通過(guò)人機(jī)界面對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù) 的實(shí)時(shí) 采 樣 與處理 ,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的恒溫控制 ,從而使控制系統(tǒng)變得 操作人性化、過(guò)程可視化,在 自動(dòng)控制領(lǐng)域的作用日益顯著 。 通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)可以證明,本系統(tǒng)的適用性很強(qiáng),穩(wěn)定性、精確性良好,程序開(kāi)發(fā)通俗易懂,可以適應(yīng)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中恒溫系統(tǒng)的需求。本文主要從硬件和軟件的設(shè)計(jì)等方面實(shí)現(xiàn)恒溫控制。 關(guān)鍵詞: 溫度控制; 可編程控制器; 組態(tài)軟件; MCGS II THE SYSTEM OF PLC CONSTANT TEMPERATURE CONTROL BASED ON MCGS Abstract: this paper discusses how to use the PLC module through the analogtodigital conversion module and temperature detection module, etc. In order to PLC controller as the core, the design of the control system of the hardware circuit and software program, and used the ladderdiagram programming, realize the liquid heating and temperature keep, plete the required control task. This paper also introduces the mitsubishi pany based on FX series programmable controller, when programming programming software FXGP/use WINC, make the process more concise, running speed more ideal. At the same time using Beijing the kunlun pany configuration software MCGS design humanmachine interface, through the manmachine interface for the control system of the realtime monitoring, realtime data sampling and processing, the constant temperature control system, so that the control system is being operation humanity, process visualization, automatic control field in the increasingly significant role. Through the experiment can be proven, this system applicability is very strong, good stability, accuracy, program development understandable, can adapt to industrial production in constant temperature system requirements. This article mainly introduced the constant temperature and the hardware and software of the system design.
