Multimedia is a kind of prehensive digital information technology, which brings fundamental changes to traditional putor system, audio and video equipment, having a extremely farreaching impact on mass media. Intuitively, multimedia helps us make the puter from kind of boring equipment into the colorful and audiovisual coexisting friend. Flash is a software uesd to design webpage and make webpage animation, which is launched by Macromedia pany. This software is based on the vector technology, with features that it can support functions of animation, audio and interaction, and espesially it has the powerful edit function. With it, fashion work, animation, multimedia and interactive videos can be easily designed. And among others, flash technology is characterized with strong interaction and prominent dynamic effects. In the work, Flash is applied and spreaded extensively. You can see all kinds of sites built up via it, which bring us feelings of freshness and activity. Because the fullflash website is mainly based on graphics and animation, the flash technology is more suitable to make sites like that, such as online advertisements, MTV, brand promotion for panies, online games, personal websites and so on. Hence, flash technology has been one of important branches of work multimedia. This design is mitted to develop dynamic digital business website with fullflash technology, which is nonprofit. Via the introduction of website, the dreams, that each user at home can make acknowledge of production information and related trends through the inter e true. The design, which utilizes the flash technology, is aimed at achieving a dynamic website with functions of animation, audio and interaction. Our task is to be familiar with the process of building up flash websites, to master the operation of frames in flash, to grasp the programming of script code of ActionScript and to make acquainted with the application of those three ponents. After analyzing the integral structure and design logos of flash website, it is agreeable that the flash website is posed of loading, animated titles, main scene and other scenes. Among these, the design of animated titles shows concrete steps of achieving streak dynamic effects and font effects, and further more, it supplies interleaved patterns with timer shaft panel. In addition, about us is designed in the main scene, which including navigation menu, page layout, digital clock and so on. Examples, involving navigation menu of digital world, digital clock of the year and page layout of photo switch, are taken to describe the concrete steps. Other scenes prise business today, digital world, puter fittings, thesaurus and friendly link. And examples of business news, camera, brand puter, fun quiz and find treasures are taken to describe the concrete steps. All scenes have overall effect diagrams corresponding to it.
