【正文】 內(nèi)蒙古財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院本科學(xué)年論文劉易斯拐點(diǎn)與民工荒的關(guān)聯(lián)性分析作 者 楊慧 院 系 財(cái) 政 稅 務(wù) 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 勞動(dòng)與社會(huì)保障 年 級(jí) 2008 級(jí) 學(xué) 號(hào) 802013105 指導(dǎo)教師 段美枝 導(dǎo)師職稱 教授 內(nèi) 容 提 要自20世紀(jì)80年代開(kāi)始，中國(guó)開(kāi)始了人口的大流動(dòng)時(shí)期，而中國(guó)的流動(dòng)中主要表現(xiàn)為勞動(dòng)力的流動(dòng)，其中又以農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的流動(dòng)表現(xiàn)突出。這種大的流動(dòng)主要表現(xiàn)為跨區(qū)域之間的流動(dòng)，就中國(guó)而言主要是中西部城鄉(xiāng)向東部沿海地區(qū)的流動(dòng)，這種流動(dòng)的目的主要是為了追求比較高的收入、改善貧困的生活。而在跨區(qū)域的流動(dòng)過(guò)程中對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)既有利又有弊，有積極的影響，如促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展；但是同時(shí)又帶來(lái)一些社會(huì)問(wèn)題。為此，在此次論文中我也提出了自己的一些看法，對(duì)勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了淺論。關(guān)鍵詞：民工荒 劉易斯拐點(diǎn) 勞動(dòng)力AbstractSince the start of the 1980s, China has embarked on a large population, while in China mobile period flow mainly for labor mobility, which the prominence of rural labor flow.
