河南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 平煤一礦礦井通風(fēng)設(shè)計 摘 要 :本設(shè)計是根據(jù)中平能化集團(tuán)平煤一礦的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行的局部礦井設(shè)計。井田內(nèi)煤層賦存比較穩(wěn)定,煤層傾角為 3176。 — 19176。,平均煤厚 ,整體地質(zhì)條件比較簡單。 根據(jù)井田資源條件,確定礦井年產(chǎn)量 60 萬 t/a,服務(wù)年限約為 41 年。礦井確定采用立井單水平上下山開采,設(shè)計采用綜合機(jī)械化采煤工藝,走向長壁采煤法,用全部跨落法處理采空區(qū);礦井 通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)采用中央并列式, 在工業(yè)廣場內(nèi)設(shè)中央風(fēng)井,由 副井進(jìn)風(fēng),中央風(fēng)井回風(fēng) ;礦井 通風(fēng)容易時期 總阻力為 Pa, 通風(fēng)困難時期 為 ,主 要通風(fēng)機(jī) 選用 BDNO24 型通風(fēng)機(jī)。 設(shè)計以 一 個采區(qū)、一個綜采面、 一個備采面、兩個掘進(jìn)頭, 保證礦井設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力。 本設(shè)計還包括礦井提升、運(yùn)輸、排水和礦井通風(fēng)等系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選型計算,以及礦井安全技術(shù)措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)方面的要求,使得整個礦井的初步設(shè)計更加完整。 礦井全部實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和借鑒已實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代化礦井的經(jīng)驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)一礦一面高產(chǎn)高效礦井從而達(dá)到良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。 關(guān)鍵詞: 立井單水平 走向長壁采煤法 綜采采煤工藝 中央并列式 通風(fēng) 河南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Zhongping of the Group Pingmei Coal Mine Ventilation Design Abstract: The design is based on actual situation of Pingmei coal mine, Zhongping Coal Industry Group in Henan. Coal seam is relatively stable within the mine, seam dip angle is 3 176。 19 176。, the average coal thickness is , the overall geological conditions is relatively simple. According to the actual situation of geological data , the annual capacity is million tons and the length of service is about 41 years. Decided to adopt the shaft of the mine down one level of exploitation, design integrated mechanized mining all highmining techniques, toward the longwall mining methods, treatment with the entire crossfall gob. Mine ventilation system is the central paratactic type, l central wind Well is located in Industrial square .The auxiliary shaft use into the wind, the wind well return air. Easy period total resistance of Mine ventilation is Pa and difficult ventilation period is , The main fan ventilation machine is the with a panel, a pound mining, a mining face, and two tunneling, ensure that the design of mine production capacity. This design also includes mine elevator, transportation, water drainage and mine ventilation system ’s equipment selection , mine safety technical measures and environmental protection requirements, it aim to make the whole mine the preliminary design more plete. All mine mechanization, use of advanced technology and draw on modern high production and efficiency have been achieved experience of mi ne, a mine face to achieve high production and efficiency so as to achieve good economic and social benefits.
