水污染控制工程課程設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘 要 目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外啤酒廢水處理技術(shù)有了迅速的發(fā)展,通常采用以生化為主,生物與物化相結(jié)合的處理工藝。本次設(shè)計(jì)就是采用厭氧 好氧結(jié)合的方法,即UASBCASS 法對(duì)啤酒廢水進(jìn)行處理,該工藝的主體處理單元就是 UASB 反應(yīng)池和CASS 反應(yīng)池處理單元。它集結(jié)了 UASB 和 CASS 兩種工藝的優(yōu)點(diǎn),技術(shù)上先進(jìn)可行,投資小,運(yùn)行成本低,效果好,可回收能源,產(chǎn)出顆粒污泥產(chǎn)品,具有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。通過(guò)二者結(jié)合來(lái)處理啤酒廢水,使得本次設(shè)計(jì)的方案具有可行性,處理后的廢水可達(dá)到 污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)( GB89781996)關(guān)于啤 酒廢水的排放要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 啤酒廢水 厭氧 好氧工藝 UASBCASS 工藝 三相分離器 水污染控制工程課程設(shè)計(jì) 2 Abstract At present, beer wastewater treatment technologys in domestic and international had developed rapidly, but the main technology is biological and chemical technology , biological and physicalchemical bination of the process. The design is the use of the bination of anaerobic aerobic, and it is the application of UASBCASS technology on beer wastewater treatment, the main processing units of the process are the UASB reactor pool and CASS tank. It assembles the advantages of the UASB and CASS , advanced viable technologically, small investment, low operating cost, effective, recyclable energy, outputs granular sludge products, with certain economic benefits. The bination of both deal with the beer waste water, making the programme of the design is feasible, and the result of the wastewater treatment can be achieved about beer fine sewage discharge requirements in wastewater discharge standards (GB89781996).
