【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 1500噸 /天線路板廢水處理工程設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 環(huán)境工程 年級班別 08 級環(huán)境工程( 1)班 學(xué) 號 3205000225 學(xué)生姓名 朱建華 指導(dǎo)教師 薛永強(qiáng) 湯 兵 2020 年 6 月 1 日 設(shè) 計(jì) 說 明 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題是 1500 噸 /天 線路板廢水處理工 程 設(shè)計(jì)。該 工程 設(shè)計(jì)的平均流量是 1500t/d,進(jìn)水水質(zhì)狀況是 Cu2+為 30~ 50mg/L , Ni2+為 5~ 10mg/L,CODcr 為 700~ 900 mg/L, PH 為 3~ 12, SS 為 300 mg/L。根據(jù)廣東省《污染物排放限值》( DB44/262020)中第二時(shí)段一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),排放污水的水質(zhì)應(yīng)達(dá)到如下指標(biāo): Cu2+為 mg/L , Ni2+為 mg/L, CODcr 為 90 mg/L, PH 為 69, SS為 60 mg/L。 線路板生產(chǎn)廢水,以重金屬銅離子污染為主,廢水種類復(fù)雜 , PH 變化大 ,應(yīng)先分別收集 , 單獨(dú)預(yù)處理后再集中處理。絡(luò)合物的處理用化學(xué)置換法,但條件許可的 話也可用稀釋混合法,這樣可節(jié)約藥劑,降低成本。有機(jī)物廢液經(jīng)酸化 中和反應(yīng)后,流入調(diào)節(jié)池,再進(jìn)行混凝沉淀處理。線路板廢水的污泥含有銅、鎳等貴重金屬,可回收變廢為寶。 針對線路板廢水的這些特點(diǎn),本設(shè)計(jì)采用分類處理的物化沉淀為主工藝處理線路板廢水。該方法具有工藝簡單,處理效果 好,構(gòu)造簡單,便于操作和維護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是處理線路板廢水的理想工藝, 經(jīng)過處理后的出水各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到廣東省《水污染物排放限值》一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :線路板廢水 , 重 金屬 , 分類處理 , 物化沉淀 Design introduction The lesson of this graduate design is 1500 ton/day circuit plank waste water processing technological design.
