畢業(yè)設計 (論文 ) 題 目: 基于單片機的流量計設計 學生姓名 張偉 學 號 202020540222 專業(yè)班級 測控 802 分院(系) 機電工程分院 指導教師(職稱) 朱根興 ( 副教授 ) 2020 年 6 月 基于單片機的流量計設計 【摘要】 工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中過程控制是流量測量與儀表應用的一大領域,流量與溫度、壓力和物位一起統(tǒng)稱為過程控制中的四大參數(shù),人們通過這些參數(shù)對生產(chǎn)過程進行監(jiān)視與控制。對流體流量進行正確測量和調(diào)節(jié)是保證生產(chǎn)過程安全經(jīng)濟運行、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量 、降低物質(zhì)消耗、提高經(jīng)濟效益、實現(xiàn)科學管理的基礎。流量的檢測和控制在化工、能源電力、冶金、石油等領域應用廣泛。在天然氣工業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的現(xiàn)在,天然氣的計量引起了人們的特別關注,因為在天然氣的采集、處理、儲存、運輸和分配過程中,需要數(shù)以百萬計的流量計,其中有些流量計涉及到的結算金額數(shù)字巨大,對測量和控制準確度和可靠性要求特別高。流量計在現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、水利建設、生物工程、管道輸送、航天航空、軍事領域等也都有廣泛的應用 。 本文主要研究的是基于單片機的流量計設計,實現(xiàn)對管道內(nèi)天然氣的流量的無線檢測。本文詳細論述了基于單 片機的流量計的設計方案,主要解決系統(tǒng)的總體設計,硬件電路的設計以及系統(tǒng)軟件的設計。 【關鍵詞】 AT89C51, ADC0809,流量檢測,渦輪流量傳感器 The design of flowmeter based on SCM 【 Abstract】 Process control is a big field of the flow measurement and instrumentation in industrial production. Flow and temperature, pressure and thing location are together collectively referred to the four big parameters of the process control. Through these parameters ,the production process are monitoring and controlled. The accurate measurement and adjustment for fluid flow are is to guarantee the safe and economic operation, improve product quality and reduce the material consumption, to improve the economic benefit, and the scientific management foundation in the production process. The detection and control of flow is widely applied in the chemical, electrical energy, metallurgy, petroleum and other fields. As the gas industry booming now, natural gas measurement caused the people of particular concern. Because it needs millions of flowmeter in collection, treatment, storage, transportation and distribution process of natural gas, and some of these flow meter relates to the huge number of settlement amount , the measurement and control accuracy and reliability requirements are particularly high. Flowmeter have also been widely used in modern agriculture and water conservancy of flow construction, biological engineering, pipes, aerospace, military field .
