【正文】 醫(yī)院藥房管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)摘 要藥房是醫(yī)院最繁忙的科室之一，無(wú)論門(mén)診還是住院藥房，面臨著大量取藥的患者和家屬，工作人員都在忙于事物性工作。各種原因造成藥品上的差錯(cuò)不能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和糾正，管理中的混亂現(xiàn)象也就不可避免。大型醫(yī)院藥房藥品數(shù)量繁多，采購(gòu)和發(fā)放的帳目登記是一件很繁瑣的事情而且藥品的價(jià)格經(jīng)常調(diào)整，退貨現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生，使賬目工作更加復(fù)雜，呈報(bào)準(zhǔn)確庫(kù)存資金和匯總某一期資金流動(dòng)情況，其統(tǒng)計(jì)工作更是十分困難。醫(yī)療質(zhì)量的提高和重病患者的搶救，與藥品供應(yīng)有著密切的關(guān)系。為了解決這個(gè)矛盾，實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化、現(xiàn)代化的醫(yī)院藥房管理，就必須設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)藥房管理信息系統(tǒng)，并用于實(shí)踐。本系統(tǒng)是采用三層開(kāi)發(fā)（即業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層、數(shù)據(jù)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)層、表示層）來(lái)編寫(xiě)的，其中系統(tǒng)中的人員角色分配主要是由兩種，一種是系統(tǒng)的管理員，他負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)藥品的進(jìn)貨、藥品信息的詳細(xì)編寫(xiě)、藥品價(jià)格的更改以及對(duì)操作人員的添加刪除等。另一種就是系統(tǒng)的操作人員，他們是根據(jù)醫(yī)生開(kāi)的藥方來(lái)給患者抓藥，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)藥品的發(fā)放。其中數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)與系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)企業(yè)庫(kù)來(lái)進(jìn)行連接的，在登錄的模塊中我分成兩次訪(fǎng)問(wèn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，第一次是查找用戶(hù)所輸入的帳號(hào)是否在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中存在，如果存在再?gòu)臄?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中調(diào)處該用戶(hù)的密碼與用戶(hù)輸入的密碼對(duì)比，就是這兩個(gè)步驟。而查找部分是用字符匹配進(jìn)行查找，其中有按照藥物種類(lèi)，名稱(chēng)，數(shù)量或者價(jià)錢(qián)進(jìn)行查找。由于我國(guó)近年來(lái)醫(yī)藥改革力度不斷加大，藥品流通逐漸放開(kāi)，醫(yī)藥流通格局也產(chǎn)生了巨大的變化,醫(yī)藥連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)模式逐漸形成與發(fā)展。但由于我國(guó)醫(yī)藥流通體制改革相對(duì)滯后，醫(yī)藥連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)仍處于起步階段。銷(xiāo)售工作混亂、沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一規(guī)范化、信息的存儲(chǔ)和反饋滯后、人員管理無(wú)序等問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致醫(yī)藥行業(yè)工作效率低下。在當(dāng)前行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下，必須運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理思想，提高醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的管理水平、工作效率，降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本，提升經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，最終提高醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。關(guān)鍵詞：賬目登記，要價(jià)調(diào)整，統(tǒng)計(jì)，藥房管理信息系統(tǒng)Design and Implementation of Pharmacy Management SystemAbstract The pharmacy is one of the busiest offices of the hospital, No matter the clinic or the pharmacy in hospital, face a large number of patient and relative getting it filled, Staff members are all busy with their work. Various kinds of reasons can39。t be found and corrected in time while causing the Mistake on the medicines, The confused phenomenon in management is unavoidable too. The pharmacy medicine oflargescale hospital are various in quantity, Purchase and account that grant it registers to be one convoluted thing and the price of the medicines is often adjusted,Send back goods phenomenon take place occasionally,it make account work further more plicated to make. Report accurate stock fund and gather some the first stage of fund flow the situation, Its statistical work is very difficult even Improvement of medical quality and rescuing of the serious illness patient, is close relation with the medicines’ Supply. In order to solve this contradiction, Realize the scientific process ,modernized hospital pharmacy are must design and develop the management information system of the pharmacy , is used for practising.It is implemented of Threelayer Model of Pharmacy Management System on Net. The user is posed by administrator and operator. The administrator of the system in charge of purchasing and cleanning up the drug, keeping the right information of operator and the drug, they also can adjust the price of them. The other one is the operator, they only could induce the number of drug, because of they do on the basic of prescription from doctors. And the database munication with the system through the Enterprise Library January, accessing the database in the Login block, the first one is that searching the ID from user enter is right.Nowadays, government is putting much more emphasis on the reform of the pharmacy industry. With the channel of the circulation of medicines and chemical reagents is getting wider, the whole structure of circulation is taking great changes, the chain stores of pharmacy have emerged gradually and now are in their rapid development. Due to the lagged industry structure, this form of chain stores is still in its infancy. Mass documents, nonstandardized and the lagged storage and feedback of information lead to the poor efficiency of the pharmacy industry.
