【正文】 摘 要PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)是隨著數(shù)字信號(hào)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的,它是世界上第一個(gè)開放式現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域覆蓋了從機(jī)械加工、過程控制、電力、交通到樓宇自動(dòng)化的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。PROFIBUSDP是一種經(jīng)過優(yōu)化的模塊,有比較高的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸率,適用于系統(tǒng)和外部設(shè)備之間的通信,遠(yuǎn)程I/O系統(tǒng)尤為適合。它允許高速度周期性的小批量數(shù)據(jù)通信,適用于對(duì)時(shí)間要求比較高的自動(dòng)化場(chǎng)合。本設(shè)計(jì)是應(yīng)用西門子現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線對(duì)電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)的改造, 電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)是火電廠電力生產(chǎn)的重要生產(chǎn)過程?;鹆Πl(fā)電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)的工藝設(shè)備布置具有高度分散性,鍋爐的單爐單磨燃煤的計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確問題一直是影響電廠發(fā)電成本正平衡統(tǒng)計(jì)的頑癥,更是燃煤發(fā)熱量和鍋爐燃燒效率統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算尚無法解決的棘手問題。而現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)對(duì)于高度分散性、電磁干擾大的設(shè)備有其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì),因而輸煤系統(tǒng)可以采用將DCS 遠(yuǎn)程I/0 總線模式與智能通訊模塊總線模式相結(jié)合的控制方式,技術(shù)先進(jìn),提高了輸煤系統(tǒng)控制水平。本設(shè)計(jì)分兩步對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行改造,先期進(jìn)行輸煤控制系統(tǒng)的改造,而后進(jìn)行輸煤和入爐煤軟測(cè)量的改造.以期最終達(dá)到單爐瞬時(shí)燃料計(jì)量及動(dòng)態(tài)生產(chǎn)成本核算的目的。關(guān)鍵詞 輸煤系統(tǒng),PCS,PROFIBUSDP37 / 40ABSTRACT PROFIBUS field bus technology is with the development of the digital signal system, it is the world39。s first open field bus standard, its application field covers from mechanical processing, process control, electric power, traffic to building automation fields.
