【正文】 范文范例參考LLC諧振全橋DC/DC變換器設(shè)計(jì)摘 要:電力電子變壓器(PET) 作為一種新型變壓器除了擁有傳統(tǒng)變壓器的功能外,還具備解決傳統(tǒng)變壓器價(jià)格高、體積龐大、空載損耗嚴(yán)重、控制不靈活等問題的能力,值得深入研究。PET的DCDC變換器是影響工作效率和裝置體積重量的重要部分,本文以PET中DCDC變換器為主要研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)給出的指標(biāo),對(duì)全橋LLC諧振變換器的主電路進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),主要有諧振參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì),利用磁集成思想,設(shè)計(jì)磁集成變壓器,可以大大減小變換器的體積和重量,并在參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上完成器件的選型。此外,根據(jù)給出的參數(shù),計(jì)算出各部分損耗,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出效率,結(jié)果滿足設(shè)計(jì)效率的要求。利用PEmag和Maxwell仿真軟件設(shè)計(jì)磁集成變壓器,驗(yàn)證磁集成變壓器參數(shù)。運(yùn)用Matlab/simulink對(duì)PET中的DCDC變換器模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,并在實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了DCDC變換器的理論研究和設(shè)計(jì)方法的正確性及有效性。關(guān)鍵詞:電力電子變壓器;LLC諧振變換器;損耗分析;磁集成變壓器中圖分類號(hào):TD62 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):Design of LLC resonant full bridge DC / DC converter Abstract: The Power Electronic Transformer (PET) as a new power transformer, not only has the functions of traditional transformers, but also has the ability to solve the problems of traditional power transformers that the high price, huge volume, prodigious noload loss and inflexible control, and it is worth indepth study. The DCDC converter of PET is an important part of affecting work efficiency, volume and weight of the device. This paper studies the DCDC converter mainly, then,according to given indexes, main circuit of fullbridge LLC resonant converter is designed in detail, including the design of resonant parameters. And the magnetic integrated transformer is designed with the idea of magnetic integration, which greatly reduces the converter volume, and the selection of devices is pleted on the basis of parameters design. In addition, according to the given parameters, losses of each part and the efficiency are calculated. The results meet the efficiency requirements of design. PEmag and Maxwell simulation software are used to design magnetic integrated transformer, and verified the magnetic integrated transformer parameters. Matlab/simulink is used to simulate and analyze the DCDC converter performance of PET. A prototype of fullbridge LLC resonant converter is developed and system test platform is built according to the theoretical research and simulation results.
