1視網(wǎng)膜血管分割系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)研究 摘 要 視網(wǎng)膜血管檢測作為圖像處理的一個應(yīng)用在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)中發(fā)揮著愈來愈重要的作用?;趫D像處理的血管檢測方法主要包括分割技術(shù)、跟蹤技術(shù)和擬合技術(shù)。本文主要致力于研究基于采用 Canny 算子與數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)濾波相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行自適應(yīng)圖像分割算法及其實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)。該研究的主要工作包括:1)綜述了公開報道的各種視網(wǎng)膜血管檢測方法;2)研究了 Canny 算子與數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)濾波相結(jié)合的方法算法及其實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù);3)通過 VC++ 編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了 Canny 算子與數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)濾波相結(jié)合的方法算法進(jìn)行視網(wǎng)膜血管提??;4)通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。關(guān)鍵詞:視網(wǎng)膜圖像,血管檢測,圖像分割,Canny,數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)2MINIMALPATH BASED APPROACH TO DETECTION OF RETINAL VESSELSABSTRACT As an application of image processing, the detection of retinal vessels plays more and more important role in clinical medicine. The main methods of vessel detection include segmentation technique, tracking techniques and fitting techniques. This thesis arms to study the minimalpath based tracking algorithm and the corresponding implementation techniques.
