【正文】 .. . . ..學習好幫手摘 要隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速發(fā)展，短信和 Email 已經(jīng)成為人與人之間溝通的橋梁，越來越多的人開始選擇通過網(wǎng)絡進行即時溝通。為此，越來越多的網(wǎng)站開始提供發(fā)送 Email 以及收發(fā)手機短信的功能。與此同時，短信和 Email 也以其快捷、無時空限制、低成本等優(yōu)勢受到眾多企業(yè)的青睞，成為企業(yè)移動商務的主流。尤其在企業(yè)信息化的今天，效率決定成敗，企業(yè)內(nèi)、外部溝通的及時性將直接影響企業(yè)的運作效率，因此企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)顯著提高了工作和協(xié)作的效率。也正是鑒于企業(yè)信息管理的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢，特提出本課題并開展相關(guān)工作。在企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)中，主要用到的技術(shù)是使用短信貓和 Java Mail 組件來實現(xiàn)收發(fā)短信和群發(fā)郵件等功能。郵件群發(fā)是用 Java Mail 組件實現(xiàn)的，它是 Sun 公司發(fā)布的一種用于讀取、編寫和發(fā)送電子郵件的包，利用它可以方便地實現(xiàn)郵件群發(fā)。 企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)采用 MVC 設計模式和 Struts 框架。MVC 即為模型視圖控制器，在 Struts 框架中，模型由 JavaBean 組成，用來實現(xiàn)程序的業(yè)務邏輯部分，視圖主要由 JSP 文件構(gòu)成， ActionServlet、RequestProcessor 和 Struts 輔助類來實現(xiàn)控制器。本系統(tǒng)主要是通過管理員權(quán)限來進行管理的。主要包括名片夾管理、信息庫管理、收發(fā)短信、郵件群發(fā)、系統(tǒng)參數(shù)設定、系統(tǒng)設置和退出系統(tǒng)。為企業(yè)內(nèi)、外部進行聯(lián)系和交流提供的一個平臺，通過提供便利的短信服務和郵件服務，幫助企業(yè)解決溝通難、信息不能及時傳播等問題。從而提高企業(yè)的運行效率和降低了企業(yè)的運作成本。關(guān)鍵詞 企業(yè)信息管理，名片夾，短信，郵件.. . . ..學習好幫手AbstractWith the rapid development of the Inter, text messaging and Email has bee interpersonal munication Bridges, more and more people begin to select the option through work realtime munication. In the development of information system, the main technology in SMS cats and Java mail ponent to achieve the function of text messages and a mass etc. Email group is the ponent implementation with Java mail, it is released from a used to read, write and send Email bag, using it can easily achieve Email group. The development of enterprise information management system by using MVC design pattern and Struts framework. MVC namely for a modelviewcontroller setup, Struts framework in by JavaBean position, and model to realize the program the business logic of the part, mainly by JSP view ActionServlet, RequestProcessor, document constitutes Struts auxiliary class and to achieve the controller. This system mainly through the administrator privileges for management. Mainly includes card holder management, information management, use of text messages, Email group, system parameter setting, system Settings and exit system. For enterprise internal and external liaison and munication provides a platform by providing convenience SMS and services, helping the enterprise to solve the difficult, not promptly municate information dissemination of problems. So as to improve the enterprise operation efficiency and reduces the enterprise operating costs.
