【正文】 摘 要改革開放以來，科技產業(yè)尤其是高新技術企業(yè)取得了舉世矚目的成就，為促進我國的產業(yè)結構升級和國民經濟的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻。在全國高新技術企業(yè)得到蓬勃發(fā)展的大環(huán)境之下，長沙市高新技術企業(yè)逐漸發(fā)展成為長沙市經濟建設中的重要力量。但是長沙市的高新技術企業(yè)存在著總體規(guī)模偏小、產業(yè)結構發(fā)展不平衡等現狀，導致了長沙市高新技術企業(yè)在融資過程中存在內源融資數量有限，外源融資困難重重等融資問題。本文將長沙市高新技術企業(yè)的融資問題作為研究對象，首先對長沙市高新技術企業(yè)的現狀以及融資過程中存在的問題進行分析，尋找導致長沙市高新技術企業(yè)融資問題產生的原因，結合長沙市高新技術企業(yè)發(fā)展的特點與長沙市的融資環(huán)境，并著力于尋找解決的辦法。在文章主體的最后一部分，從企業(yè)自身建設和構建適合長沙市高新技術企業(yè)發(fā)展的寬領域、多層次的融資體系等方面闡述了解決長沙市高新技術企業(yè)融資難問題的對策。希望通過本文傳遞的信息，給長沙市高新技術企業(yè)融資問題的解決帶來一點啟示，為長沙市高新技術企業(yè)的發(fā)展做出一點貢獻。關鍵詞：長沙市；高新技術企業(yè)；融資 ABSTRACTSince the reform and open policy, science and technology industry especially high and new technology enterprise have achieved remarkable success, for promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and development of national economy made great contribution.
