【正文】 摘 要 文景小區(qū)住宅樓采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，地上建筑 高度 ， 市政水壓為 30m水柱；地 下室為丙二類庫房 ，地上 18 層，標準層 兩 梯 4 戶，共有 2種戶型， 一種為三室兩廳兩衛(wèi)一廚，另外一種為兩 室兩廳 一 衛(wèi)一廚。 本樓建筑設(shè)計等級為二類高層建筑。 本建筑各給排水系統(tǒng)介紹如下： ： 據(jù)設(shè)計資料以及規(guī)范中的要求并結(jié)合該樓的功能分區(qū)，將該建筑在豎向上分為 2 個供水區(qū)，低區(qū)為 1～ 5層；高區(qū)為 6～ 18 層。低區(qū)利用市政給水管網(wǎng)供水壓力直接供水；高區(qū)采用變頻水泵加壓供水。本設(shè)計采用高區(qū) 6~14層均設(shè)減壓閥的供水方式。閥 后壓力在 左右，使供水達到最大舒適度。 ： 本建筑熱水系統(tǒng)熱水由每戶自家的熱水器供給，用戶自理 。 ： 包括消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。 本設(shè)計建筑總高度 54m的高層建筑樓 ，屬于中危險級 ， 二類高層建筑類別 。 本建筑消火栓系統(tǒng)采用不分區(qū)室內(nèi)消防給水系統(tǒng)；本建筑為 住宅樓 ，內(nèi)設(shè) 消火栓 系統(tǒng)， 自噴系統(tǒng)采用濕式自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)，其中地下室 屬于 丙二類庫圖 ，其他樓層屬于中危險級Ⅰ級。 ： 包括生活污水系統(tǒng)和雨水系統(tǒng)。本建筑內(nèi)部生活污水采用合流方式排出；屋面雨水采用 外 排水方式，設(shè)計重現(xiàn)期為 一年。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 給水系統(tǒng) 高層建筑 建筑類別 消防系統(tǒng) 排水 ABSRACT Wenjing distric residential buildings withshear wall structure, the high buildings municipal water pressure for the 30m column。 basement for C two class storehouse, on the ground 18, standard layer two staircase 4 households, a total of 2Apartment layout, for3 rooms two hall two defend one hutch, another two rooms two hall defend one hutch.
