I華北科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)設(shè)計(jì)總說(shuō)明我國(guó)幅員遼闊,各地氣候不同,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差異也很大。目前,各城市都面臨著不同的水環(huán)境污染。因此,根據(jù)城市規(guī)模,建立一套與自己經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的控制污染、保護(hù)水環(huán)境的方針、政策、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法規(guī),同時(shí)建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng)的污水處理廠,就成為防止因水資源短缺而制約城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必要手段。利用有限資源的必須部分。在人們?nèi)粘I钪?,盥洗、淋浴、生活洗滌等都離不開水,用后便成為污水。在工業(yè)企業(yè)中,幾乎沒(méi)有一種工業(yè)水是人們?nèi)粘I钪胁豢苫蛉钡膶氋F資源。水的供給與排放處理水也是不合理的。水經(jīng)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程使用后,絕大部分變成廢水。生產(chǎn)廢水?dāng)y帶著大量污染物質(zhì),這些物質(zhì)多數(shù)是有害和有毒的,但也是有用的。必須妥善處理或加以回收利用。I 設(shè)計(jì)題目武漢市12萬(wàn)m3/d污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計(jì)(AB法)II 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容及原則 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計(jì)流程設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明一般包括以下內(nèi)容: (1)據(jù)城市或企業(yè)的總體規(guī)劃或現(xiàn)狀與設(shè)計(jì)方案選擇處理廠廠址; (2)處理廠工藝流程設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明; (3)處理構(gòu)筑物型式選型說(shuō)明; (4)處理構(gòu)筑物或設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算; (5)主要輔助構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算; (6)主要設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算選擇; (7)污水廠總體布置(平面或豎向)及廠區(qū)道路、綠化和管線綜合布置; (8)處理構(gòu)筑物、主要輔助構(gòu)筑物、非標(biāo)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)圖繪制; (9)編制主要設(shè)備材料表。 設(shè)計(jì)原則考慮城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)有條件,確定方案時(shí)考慮以下原則: (1)要符合適用的要求。首先確保污水廠處理后達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。考慮現(xiàn)實(shí)的技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)條件,以及當(dāng)?shù)氐木唧w情況(如施工條件),在可能的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇的處理工藝流程、構(gòu)(建)筑物型式、主要設(shè)備、設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和數(shù)據(jù)等,應(yīng)最大限度地滿足污水廠功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),使處理后污水符合水質(zhì)要求。 (2)污水廠設(shè)計(jì)采用的各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)必須可靠。 (3)污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)必須符合經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求。設(shè)計(jì)完成后,總體布置、單體設(shè)計(jì)及藥劑選用等要盡可能采取合理措施降低工程造價(jià)和運(yùn)行管理費(fèi)用。 (4)污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)當(dāng)力求技術(shù)合理。在經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的原則下,必須根據(jù)需要,盡可能采用先進(jìn)的工藝、機(jī)械和自控技術(shù),但要確保安全可靠。 (5)污水廠設(shè)計(jì)必須注意近遠(yuǎn)期的結(jié)合,不宜分期建設(shè)的部分,如配水井、泵房及加藥間等,其土建部分應(yīng)一次建成;在無(wú)遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃的情況下,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)為以后的發(fā)展留有挖潛和擴(kuò)建的條件。 (6)污水廠設(shè)計(jì)必須考慮安全運(yùn)行的條件,如適當(dāng)設(shè)置分流設(shè)施、超越管線等。III 設(shè)計(jì)背景資料 武漢市污水處理廠基本資料 武漢市基本概況:本設(shè)計(jì)是武漢市排水工程設(shè)計(jì)。武漢位于中國(guó)腹地中心、長(zhǎng)江與漢江交匯處、江漢平原東部,因武昌、漢口、漢陽(yáng)三地合稱而得名,地理位置介于東經(jīng)113176。41′~115176。05′,北緯29176。58′~31176。22′,是中部六省唯一的副省級(jí)城市,也是國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)的中部地區(qū)中心城市。以城市常住人口、GDP總量、建成區(qū)面積等指標(biāo)來(lái)說(shuō),武漢均為中部第一、全國(guó)前十的特大城市。世界第三大河長(zhǎng)江及其最大支流漢江橫貫市區(qū),將武漢一分為三,形成武昌、漢口、漢陽(yáng)跨江鼎立的格局。武漢也是世界各大城市中人均擁有水量最多的城市。雖然武漢水量充足,但隨著城市的發(fā)展,用水量與日俱增,污染日益嚴(yán)重,為了保護(hù)祖國(guó)主要水系長(zhǎng)江水系的水質(zhì)狀況,有必要在武漢建設(shè)污水處理廠處理生活污水和工業(yè)廢水,處理達(dá)標(biāo)后再排放到受納水體,避免水質(zhì)惡化。 武漢市氣候環(huán)境概況 (1)風(fēng)向主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向:東北風(fēng)。 (2)氣溫屬亞熱帶濕潤(rùn)性東南季風(fēng)氣候區(qū)。具有冬寒夏暖、春濕秋旱、夏季多雨、冬季少雪、四季分明的特征?!?,℃,℃。夏季氣溫高,35℃以上氣溫天數(shù)為40天左右,℃,℃,武漢日均溫≥10℃持續(xù)期達(dá)235天,年平均無(wú)霜期240天。,降雨集中在4~9月,。 (3)地質(zhì)條件 地勢(shì)為東高西低,南高北低,中間被長(zhǎng)江、漢江呈Y字型切割成三塊,謂之武漢三鎮(zhèn)。,最高海拔為873米。最大凍土層為0米。廠區(qū)占地約56萬(wàn)平方米,臨近漢江,地勢(shì)較平坦,高差可忽略,整體上為長(zhǎng)方形,長(zhǎng)約800米,寬約700米。
