【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 題目 ： 焦?fàn)t推焦計劃管理系統(tǒng)研究 學(xué) 院 : 專 業(yè) : 學(xué) 號 : 學(xué)生姓名 : 指導(dǎo)教師 : 日 期 : I 摘 要 目前，我國焦?fàn)t推焦計劃多采用人工編制的方法，但這種方法效率較低而且容易出錯。因此采用與計算機技術(shù)結(jié)合的新方法來對焦?fàn)t推焦計劃進(jìn)行科學(xué)的編制具有重要的意義。 本文針對焦?fàn)t推焦工藝流程，探討推焦過程中的關(guān)鍵因素，確定推焦計劃制定過程中的 各項指標(biāo)；建立系統(tǒng)的解決方案，構(gòu)思系統(tǒng)的功能模塊，并建立推焦計劃模型，結(jié)合推焦計劃編制的原則，探討推焦過程中的時間參數(shù)的設(shè)定；綜合運用 ASP 和 IIS 服務(wù)器管理的相關(guān)技術(shù)，并與焦?fàn)t推焦工藝流程結(jié)合起來，最終建立新型的焦?fàn)t推焦計劃管理信息系統(tǒng)。 本系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)推焦時間、裝煤時間、結(jié)焦時間的系統(tǒng)存儲；實現(xiàn)推焦操作的準(zhǔn)確控制，避免提前推焦和晚點推焦；推焦計劃、循環(huán)檢修計劃的自動編排，并且優(yōu)化編排；同時向推焦車駕駛室發(fā)出推焦計劃表，實現(xiàn)推焦計劃的無紙化傳遞。最終達(dá)到提高工作效率，減輕工人的勞動強度，科學(xué)地制定推焦計劃 報表的目的，為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)科學(xué)化管理邁出重要的一步。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 焦?fàn)t推焦； 推焦順序； 計劃制定； 管理信息系統(tǒng) II Abstract At present the coke pushing plan of coke oven is mostly established by manpower in our country, but this method has poor efficiency and is very easy to make mistakes. Therefore it is inevitable to use the new method bined with puter technology to make out the coke pushing plan scientifically. This article focused on the process of coke pushing in coke oven, and discussed the key factors in the process of coke pushing and confirmed every kinds of index of coke pushing in the table of planning。 established the solution of system, designed the function model of the system and established the coke pushing model. Combined with the scheduling principle for coke pushing, the enactment of time in the process of coke pushing has been discussed。 and a new Management Information System about making out a plan for coke pushing scientifically by bines with ASP and IIS has been built. This design realize the system memory of pushing coke time , loading coal time and coking time。 master the operation of coke pushing exactly and avoid early and late coke pushing。 It has also realized the automatic arrangement of coke pushing planning and the circulation of overhaul planning, and optimize the pushing planning. Meanwhile, send out the planning table of coke pushing to the ramming machine cab without paper. Finally, it can achieve the purpose of raising the working efficiency, lightening the worker39。s work intensity and making out the plan of coke pushing scientifically. It’s an important step to realize the scientific management for enterprise.
