安徽工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告紙 第 1 頁 共 2 頁 年產(chǎn) 206 萬噸短流程帶鋼車間 工藝 設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 薄板坯連鑄連軋是 20 世紀(jì) 80 年代末、 90 年代初開發(fā)成功的生產(chǎn)熱軋板卷的一項(xiàng)短流程工藝,是繼氧氣轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼、連續(xù)鑄鋼之后鋼鐵工業(yè)最重要的革命性技術(shù)之一。 薄板坯連鑄連軋集科學(xué)、技術(shù)和工程于一體,將熱軋板卷的生產(chǎn)在一條短流程的生產(chǎn)線上完成,充分顯示出其先進(jìn)性和科學(xué)性。 世界各國都對(duì)此給予了極大關(guān)注,使得薄板坯連鑄連軋技術(shù)近年來又有了突飛猛進(jìn)的進(jìn)展。 與傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝流程相比,短流程可節(jié)約投資、提高成材率、降低生產(chǎn)成本、大幅度縮減生產(chǎn)周期等。 本設(shè)計(jì)為年產(chǎn) 206 萬噸薄板 坯連鑄連軋熱軋帶鋼生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì),論文敘述了薄板坯連鑄連軋技術(shù)的類型、市場分析及工藝技術(shù)特點(diǎn),并把各種典型工藝進(jìn)行 了 比較。參照 國內(nèi)外企業(yè) 的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,提出了本車間的總體配置方案,設(shè)計(jì)了主輔設(shè)備及其生產(chǎn)能力計(jì)算、車間平面布置和起重運(yùn)輸、主要經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)、環(huán)境保護(hù)以及使用 AutoCAD 繪制車間平面布置圖。并運(yùn)用 VB 程序進(jìn)行了壓下規(guī)程程序設(shè)計(jì)和相應(yīng)的校核等。 本設(shè)計(jì)選用的是 CSP 工藝,車間主要布置為: 2 流 50/70 CSP 連鑄 → 輥底式均熱爐 → 高壓水除鱗 → 7 架 CVCplus 連軋機(jī) → 層流冷卻 → 卷取。采用了鐵素體 軋制技術(shù)、半無頭軋制技術(shù)等新技術(shù)。 關(guān)鍵字 : 薄板坯連鑄連軋 ; CSP; 熱軋帶鋼車間設(shè)計(jì) 。 七機(jī)架 精軋機(jī)組 ; 壓下規(guī)程程序設(shè)計(jì) 安徽工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告紙 第 2 頁 共 2 頁 The Design of a Short Strip Process Plant with an Annual Output of Million tons Abstract CSP is the successful development of the production of hot rolled coil in a shortened process,the oxygen converter steelmaking, continuous casting steel industry after the most important revolutionary technology in the late 1980s and early 1990s. One of the foreign steel major powers have invested a great deal of manpower and resources to the special study. CSPscience, technology and engineering in one, hot rolled coil production in a short line to plete the process, fully demonstrated its advanced scientific. All countries in the world have given a great deal of concern, making CSP technology a rapid progress in recent years. Compared with the traditional production process, the CSP process can be shortsaving investment, to bee useful raise rates and reduce production costs and significantly reduce the production cycle, and so on. The design for an annual output of million tons of CSP hotrolled strip steel production workshop designed paper describes the CSP in the type of technology, market analysis and technology features, and typical of a variety of music parison. Reference to Magang CSP, the technical characteristics and production practice, raised the overall configuration of the workshop programe,the main design of auxiliary equipment and its production capacity, the plant layout and lifting the transport, mainly economic and technical indicators, environmental protection and the use of AutoCAD Drawing Workshop Layout plans. VB procedures and the use of the order reduction program design and the corresponding check, and so on. The CSP is the choice of design process, layout for the main workshop: 250/70 CSP Casting → Roller both highpressure hot water heaters → Descaling → 7CVCplus rolling mill → laminar cooling → coiling. Use ferrite rolling technology, semirolling technology, and other new technologies.
