畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書基于有限元方法對C6140機床主軸的分析 學(xué) 院: 專 業(yè): 班 級: 指導(dǎo)教師: 學(xué)生姓名: 2011.5.10摘 要ANSYS有限元軟件包是一個多用途的有限元法計算機設(shè)計程序,可以用來求解結(jié)構(gòu)、流體、電力、電磁場及碰撞等問題。因此它可應(yīng)用于以下工業(yè)領(lǐng)域: 航空航天、汽車工業(yè)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)、橋梁、建筑、電子產(chǎn)品、重型機械、微機電系統(tǒng)、運動器械等。C6140機床是最常見的一款普通手動車削機床,該機床結(jié)構(gòu)較為簡單,操作方便,加工精度高,價格低廉,因此得到了廣泛的使用。目前很多C6140機床都做了適當?shù)母倪M,使其適用性得到了更大的提高。本設(shè)計是基于ANSYS軟件來對C6140機床主軸經(jīng)行分析。與傳統(tǒng)的計算相比,借助于計算機有限元分析方法能更加快捷和精確的得到結(jié)果。設(shè)置正確的模型、劃分合適的網(wǎng)格,并合理設(shè)置求解過程,能夠準確的獲得分析模型各個部位的應(yīng)力、變形等結(jié)果。對零件的設(shè)計和優(yōu)化有很大的參考作用。正是因為上述優(yōu)點,我在本設(shè)計中運用PRO/E來建立C6140機床主軸的三維模型。再將此模型導(dǎo)入ANSYS軟件來對其經(jīng)行分析。關(guān)鍵詞 C6140;主軸;三維建模;ANSYS;動靜態(tài)分析Qq 945846125AbstractANSYS (finite element) package is a multipurpose finite element method for puter design program that can be used to solve the structure, fluid, electricity, electromagnetic fields and collision problems. So it can be applied to the following industries: aerospace, automotive, biomedical, bridges, construction, electronics, heavy machinery, microelectromechanical systems, sports equipment and so on. C6140 machine is the most mon a regular manual turning machine, the machine structure is simple, convenient operation, high precision, low prices, it has been widely used. At present, many have made the appropriate C6140 machine improvements, it has been greatly enhanced applicability. The design is based on ANSYS software to C6140 by the line of spindle. Compared with the traditional calculation, puterbased finite element analysis method can be faster and more accurate results. Set the correct model, dividing the right grid, and set a reasonable solution process, analytical model can accurately access the various parts of the stress and deformation results. On the part of the design and optimization has great reference. It is because of these advantages, the use of this design in my PRO / E to create threedimensional model C6140 spindle. Then this model was introduced by the ANSYS software to its line of analysis.
