【正文】 成都科技大學(xué) 2022 屆學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 太陽板控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與制作系 別： 專 業(yè)： 學(xué) 號： 姓 名： 指 導(dǎo) 教 師： 指導(dǎo)教師職稱： 2022 年 5 月 10 日太陽板控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與制作 成都科技大學(xué)電子信息工程系 摘要 本文設(shè)計了一種通過單片機控制電動機的運轉(zhuǎn)情況，從而控制太陽板隨時間轉(zhuǎn)動的系統(tǒng)，并詳細分析了其硬件和軟件上的實現(xiàn)過程。其硬件電路可分為控制模塊、電源模塊、鍵盤模塊、顯示模塊、定時模塊、輸出模塊等六部分組成。控制模塊采用 AT89S52 芯片；電源模塊采用 LM7805 將 12V 電源變換成 5V 電源供單片機及相關(guān)器件工作；鍵盤模塊共有 5 個按鍵組成，其中三個按鍵是用來校對時間的，兩個按鍵是用來調(diào)整太陽板位置的；顯示模塊采用液晶將實時時間顯示出來；定時模塊主要是由單片機本身提供的定時器定時。其可以準(zhǔn)確的定時，并送入液晶顯示。輸出模塊就是四個繼電器的常開觸點兩兩并接在一起分別接到電動機的兩端。經(jīng)測試，本系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定持久，完全達到設(shè)計要求。關(guān)鍵詞 單片機；電動機；太陽板；定時器 The Design and manufacture of solar panels Contrl SystemElectronic and Information Engineering, Chengdu University of Science y Abstract This paper designs one kind of system which through a single chip microputer to control the motor39。s working condition, thus controling the solar board rotating with the time, and presents a detailed analysis of its hardware and software’s implementation process. Its hardware circuit can be divided into six parts, the power source module, the keyboard module, the display module, the timing module, and the output module. The control module uses AT89S52 chip。 The power source module uses LM7805 to transform the 12V power source to the 5V power source to supply for the single chip microputer and the related devices working。 The keyboard module poses of 5 buttons, three of the buttons are used to proofread the time, and the others to adjust the solar board position。 The display module uses the liquid crystal to demonstrate the realtime time。 The timing module timing mainly by the timer which provides by the single chip microputer can timing accuratly , and sends the results to the liquid crystal display. Four relay39。s normally open contacts connects in parallel and receives motor39。s both sides separately together.
