The dynamic model consists of the flux equations, the voltage equation, torque equation and the movement equation ,of which ,the magic chain equation and torque equation are algebraic equations, and the voltage equation and motion equation are differential equation.Direct torque control of basic control way is to control of the stator flux linkage rotational speed and control the stator flux walk off by selecting the voltage space vector, with change of the stator flux linkage of the size of the average rotation speed, so as to change the size of the torque angle and achieve the purpose of control motor torque. Direct torque control adopts two hysteresis pared controller, respectively paring the stator flux and the given actual magic chain, the given torque and actual torque value, and then get the difference value. According to the two difference value and the stator flux’s sectors , inquires the inverter voltage vector switch table to get the proper voltage switch vector needed to add in asynchronous motor, finally realize the control of induction motor through PWM inverter.This paper uses Simulink/Power System Blockset, use structured and modular method of asynchronous motor, variable frequency speed regulation System, models and simulation, according to PWM inverter power supply of induction motor drive direct torque control variable frequency speed regulation System, under the characteristics of the Matlab environment, and introduces the method to construct the son modules and functions. The construction of the simulation model and the practical variable frequency speed regulation system for high performance, are close to the asynchronous motor speed control system design and missioning provides a good inspection means and achieve.
