【正文】 遼寧石油化工大學繼續(xù)教育學院論文I煤基合成油工程中脫丁烷塔的設計摘 要本篇論文是脫丁烷塔的常規(guī)設計。眾所周知塔設備在當今石油化工企業(yè)中已成為重要裝置之一,所以設計出來的塔容器要經(jīng)過認真精確的校核,才可進行加工制造。本設計將從以下幾個方面進行論述:緒論,是對塔設備概述,講述塔的作用、分類、要求以及對整個設計的概述等內(nèi)容。塔的設計,是對塔設備設計的說明,先介紹塔的構(gòu)造,結(jié)合本設計塔的相關(guān)內(nèi)容對塔設備形式和材料進行選取;再介紹塔的常規(guī)設計,以及對筒體、封頭進行強度計算、自振周期、風載荷、地震載荷、裙座等進行理論說明。計算部分中,是把理論的部分應用到實際,對設計塔的實際計算,最后經(jīng)過一系列的計算和校核,本塔的設計合格。 本設計過程均嚴格遵守 GB1501998《鋼制壓力容器》 ,JB47102022《鋼制塔式容器》和《壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》進行,對該塔進行了強度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性的校核。此外,根據(jù)實際的要求,還相應的完成了總裝備圖、原部件圖及外文翻譯。今后,隨著科學技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,塔設備在石油化工企業(yè)中占有越來越重要的地位。同時,將對塔設備有更高的要求,在設計方面要求更加合理,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,使用方便。所以,在未來,壓力容器技術(shù)將會取得更大的進步以適應石油化工生產(chǎn)的需要。關(guān)鍵詞:塔,浮閥塔盤,設計,校核遼寧石油化工大學繼續(xù)教育學院論文IIThe design of butane towerAbstractThis essay is the conventional design of a De butane tower. After a series of terms and calculations, the design of the tower has been nuclear test.The design process are strictly observe GB150 1998 the steel pressure vessel and JB4710 2022 the steel tower containers to the tower on the strength and stiffness and stability. In addition, according to actual requirements, I have pleted the original parts and equipment in the diagram and translation.In future, as technology evolved, the equipment in petrochemical business occupies an increasingly important position. At the same time, the equipment of higher demands on the design requires more reasonable, simple structure, easy to use.
