【正文】 天津外國語大學(xué)濱海外事學(xué)院經(jīng) 濟 系本 科 生 畢 業(yè) 論 文題目 對我國城市商業(yè)銀行區(qū)域擴張的研究The study of regional expansion of urban mercial Banks in China in China作 者 郝爽 學(xué) 號 100664020 專 業(yè) 金融學(xué) 班 級 100404 指導(dǎo)教師 雷海波 完成日期 2014年4月 對我國城市商業(yè)銀行區(qū)域擴張的研究中文摘要近年來,我國多元化多層次的金融格局發(fā)生了微妙的變化，由農(nóng)村信用社轉(zhuǎn)換而來的城市商業(yè)銀行開始了跨區(qū)域發(fā)展，并且出現(xiàn)擴張發(fā)展的熱潮。一方面，由農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展而來的城市商業(yè)銀行，在擺脫了以往只能在某個城市經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)的地域限制之后，通過重組、新設(shè)和并購，開始走向跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的發(fā)展道路。既可以在本省未設(shè)分行的城市設(shè)立分支機構(gòu)，也可以到省外拓展業(yè)務(wù)。通過在不同地區(qū)有效布局，區(qū)域性商業(yè)銀行能夠開辟新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域，拓展新的利潤增長點，擴大業(yè)務(wù)收入的渠道，提升自己的品牌和知名度。 另一方面，跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營過程中，城市商業(yè)銀行將不可避免會與大型國有商業(yè)銀行、全國性的股份制商業(yè)銀行以及外資金融機構(gòu)展開劇烈的較量。目前大型國有商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)形成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的廣泛與大型企業(yè)尤其是國有企業(yè)關(guān)系良好的競爭優(yōu)勢。與之相比，城市商業(yè)銀行一旦離開鄉(xiāng)土原有的地緣人脈等優(yōu)勢，可能不同程度不復(fù)存在。與大型國有商業(yè)銀行、全國股份制商業(yè)銀行與外資銀行全面競爭，顯然增加了某些困難。本文就城市商業(yè)銀行擴張發(fā)展的問題做了深刻研究，深入分析了其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點、動因、效應(yīng)及對策，旨在更加細致的了解城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展這一現(xiàn)象，并對其問題提供對策。關(guān)鍵詞：城市商業(yè)銀行；業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域；地緣人脈；跨區(qū)域發(fā)展 AbstractIn recent years, China has diversified multilevel financial landscape subtle changes have taken place, by the transformation of rural credit cooperatives and city mercial bank began crossregional development, and expand the development of the boom.On the one hand, By the development of rural credit cooperatives and city mercial Banks, the only from the past in a particular city regional restriction, business through restructuring, a new and mergers and acquisitions, began to cross area business development road.
