Its present amount of Chinese user is more than 350 million, either of the scale and capacity ranks first in the world.Our domestic mobilemunications are confronted with severe and rigorous challenges. On the one hand, in pace with the astonishing growth of telemunication users, the work keeps expanding in scale. However, problems like want of frequency resources, the smaller coefficient of frequency reuse and more unwieldy work, bring about more and more troubles of increasingly diversified and plicated. Thus mere routine maintenance is not enough to provide highqualified service for the broad mobilemunication users.On the other hand, as the petitions are keener, and to meet the higher demand of customers, the work operators are faced with some urgent and critical tasks and difficulties: how to run the work to its optimum, how to heighten the quality of telemunications, how to improve the average service and utilization rate of system installations, etc.. Especially in China, “short cycle” and “speediness” are two peculiarities monly existing in the GSM expanding capacity duration. It left over some quality problems, which should be resolved during the late workoptimizations.Keywords: GSM。 Frequency Reuse。 Quality of Mobile Communications。 NetworkOptimizations 畢業(yè)設計(論文) No 4引 言我國的 GSM 網(wǎng)絡正在迅速的發(fā)展,最大的問題是城市通信熱點的增多,以及農(nóng)村的全面覆蓋,為實現(xiàn) GSM 網(wǎng)絡無縫隙覆蓋,保持高的通話質量,GSM 網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化工作任重道遠。移動通信網(wǎng)絡的維護與固定電話網(wǎng)絡的維護之間的差別是很大的,最大的區(qū)別是移動通信網(wǎng)絡的不可以預知性,比如周圍環(huán)境,話務量等。另外,網(wǎng)絡規(guī)劃中有大量的小區(qū)設計參數(shù),這在固定電話網(wǎng)中是沒有的,這些小區(qū)設計參數(shù)大多數(shù)是可以調整的,比如接入電平門限,切換電平門限,相鄰小區(qū)定義,頻率配制等,他們會直接影響網(wǎng)絡的服務質量,所以為了保證整個移動網(wǎng)絡的服務質量,就必須不停的觀察和檢測整個移動網(wǎng),找出并排除故障,提高網(wǎng)絡質量(如提高接通率,提高話音質量,降低掉話率等),這是網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的基本任務,一個完善的網(wǎng)絡往往需要經(jīng)歷從最初的網(wǎng)絡規(guī)劃,工程建設,投入使用,到日常維護,網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化的歷程,并進入循環(huán),對相對穩(wěn)定的 GSM 網(wǎng)絡加強優(yōu)化工作,搞好運行維護,提高通信網(wǎng)絡質量。本文分五個部分進行討論,首先介紹 GSM 系統(tǒng)的構造,網(wǎng)絡接口等基本知識。然后在第二部分中對優(yōu)化工作目標和流程進行介紹,第三部分介紹室內網(wǎng)絡覆蓋的優(yōu)化。天線的優(yōu)化在第四部分中介紹,第五章對掉話的原因進行分析和解決。所以本文從理論技術方面對 GSM 網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化進行探討,在實際應
