【正文】 高空作業(yè)車(chē)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要高空作業(yè)車(chē)是將高空作業(yè)人員和必要的工具送至空中，并提供工作人員空中作業(yè)場(chǎng)所的機(jī)械。起重機(jī)是一種能在一定范圍內(nèi)垂直起升和水平移動(dòng)物品的機(jī)械，動(dòng)作間歇性和作業(yè)循環(huán)性是起重機(jī)工作的特點(diǎn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)以徐州海倫哲工程機(jī)械有限公司研制開(kāi)發(fā)的“GKZ14型高空作業(yè)車(chē)”為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)該車(chē)上的液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。此型號(hào)高空作業(yè)車(chē)除高空作業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)外還設(shè)有起重裝置，一機(jī)多用。 高空作業(yè)部分主要是指控制上下臂變幅運(yùn)動(dòng)的液壓缸，控制上下臂回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的液壓馬達(dá)。起重部分主要是控制伸縮臂伸縮運(yùn)動(dòng)的液壓缸，以及控制起重鋼絲繩收進(jìn)放出的液壓馬達(dá)。本文著重高空作業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的變幅液壓缸和回轉(zhuǎn)液壓馬達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)，簡(jiǎn)略起重機(jī)構(gòu)。文中詳細(xì)記錄了高空作業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)上臂液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,簡(jiǎn)略設(shè)計(jì)下臂液壓缸以及起重機(jī)構(gòu)部分的伸縮液壓缸。記錄了高空作業(yè)部分回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的液壓馬達(dá)和起重部分起升機(jī)構(gòu)的液壓馬達(dá)的設(shè)計(jì)選型過(guò)程，以及液壓泵，油箱的選型過(guò)程。在確定液壓系統(tǒng)元件參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，完成了液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。關(guān)鍵詞: 高空作業(yè)車(chē)；起重機(jī)構(gòu)；液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)；液壓缸；液壓馬達(dá)AbstractThe aerial platform vehicle sends high rise operation personnel and the tool of the necessity to the air, and provide the staff member with the high rise operation amenity derrick is a kind of machine that cans be perpendicular in the certain scope to rise to rise to move a product with level, the action by fits and starts and the homework circulation are the characteristicses of the derrick work, can press the main use and the structure characteristic classi
