Member:An individual or corporation who/which has applied and been accepted as a member of NAGA CLUB to use the facilities, equipment and services provided by NAGA CLUB from time to time upon payment of the prescribed fees and in the case of a Corporate includes where applicable the nominees also.1. MEMBERSHIP AND FEES A person or corporation bees a member of NAGA CLUB by paying a joining fee and monthly subscription fees as prescribed and pleting the application form. The application must have been accepted by the management. Members must be at least 18 years old. In certain circumstancesminors may be permitted only if acpanied by an adult at all times. Applications for membership must be acpanied by payment of the prescribed fees. If the application is unsuccessful, members will be advised in writing within 14 days and the fees will be refunded in full, without interest. Upon acceptance, members will be issued with a membership card following which fees paid are nonrefundable. Management may increase or reduce membership fees at any time. Such revisions may not be made retrospectively with regard to membership fees already paid. The Management reserves the right to accept or refuse membership applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.2 Transfer of Membership Any membership shall be allowed transferable except Resident memberships. No transfer of any membership shall be allowed except with the prior consent of the Club, which may be given or withheld at the absolute discretion of the Club and without prescribing any reasons therefore. Although the consent of transfer on membership, the Club shall reserve the right to determine the condition on transfer, such as request the transferor:(a) A 30 days39。 notice in writing of an application of transferring membership shall be given to the Club. All outstanding account incurred by the transferor shall be settled in full prior to the execution of transfer.(b) To provide the name of the transferee and all relevant information which demand by the Club.(c) To surrender the membership cards of transferor and his subsidiary members to the Club. The Club shall be entitled to charge a transfer fee, which is 15% of the difference between the new joining fee and the old joining fee. All transferee of Corporate Membership shall be legally registered and subsistence within the list of the Club39。s remended countries and states. In addition, the Club shall reserve the right to request the transferee to produce all relevant information and evidence for the purpose of the transfer. No transfer fee shall be payable by a pany which changed its name. It shall not be meant as Corporate Membership transferring. Nevertheless, the pany shall inform the Club within 7 days about its registered address or submit a copy of changing address document, which issued by government, and present a copy of (business license) under the name of the new pany.3 Change of Nominated Upon retire, resign, be expelled or be fired of a nominated or Corporate Member, the Corporate Member shall entitle to nominate another person as nominated Corporate Member from time to time provided the Club shall approve the application. The Corporate Member shall pay a nominate fee to the Club which shall determine the amount of charges. Corporate Members may replace their nominees with prior written approval of the Management and payment of the prevailing transfer fee (for onemonth subscription). The Management reserves the right not to assign any reason whatsoever for refusing such approval. Corporate members are responsible for due observance of the rules, including liability for payment of charges incurred
