要工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、石油、化工、冶金、紡織、機械制造、航空航天、制藥、煙草、檔案保存、糧食存儲等領(lǐng)域,對于溫、濕度都有著一定的要求。早期的溫、濕度數(shù)據(jù)采集中,常伴隨著大量的數(shù)據(jù)線纜,給生產(chǎn)操作帶來許多不便和隱患。為了解決這個問題,短距離無線通信技術(shù)應(yīng)運而生。 本次設(shè)計研究的無線射頻數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)是短距離無線通信技術(shù)在溫、濕度測量方面的一個具體應(yīng)用。系統(tǒng)以嵌入單片內(nèi)核的單片射頻收發(fā)芯片 nRF905 為核心,采用數(shù)字式溫濕度傳感器 DHT11,應(yīng)用傳感技術(shù),無線通信技術(shù)及計算機技術(shù)實現(xiàn)溫、濕度數(shù)據(jù)的采集和短距離無線傳輸。系統(tǒng)采用模塊化設(shè)計,主要有兩大部分構(gòu)成:第一部分,采用 STC89C52 單片機作為控制芯片,以 nRF905 無線收發(fā)芯片為核心,與單總線溫濕度傳感器 DHT11 構(gòu)成的溫濕度采集網(wǎng)絡(luò)。完成溫、濕度數(shù)據(jù)的采集和無線發(fā)送;第二部分,使用 nRF905 無線收發(fā)芯片接收數(shù)據(jù),也采用 STC89C52 單片機作為控制芯片,以實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的接收,顯示和溫濕度越線報警。該無線射頻數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)電路簡單,性能穩(wěn)定,抗干擾能力強,可靠性高,易于擴展。實際發(fā)射距離約為 500 solve this problem,shortrange wireless munications technology came into being.The design of the radio frequency data acquisition system is a specific application of the shortrange wireless munication technology in the temperature and humidity measurem ents.RF transceiver chip NRF905 embedded Single core as the core of the system,using digital temperature and humidity sensors DHT11,application of sensor technology,wireless munication technology and puter technology to achieve the temperature and humidi ty data acquisition and shortrange wireless transmission.Modular design, there are two major and humidity collection work.The second part, the use of nRF905 wireless transceiver chip to receive data,also used as a control STC89C52 microco ntroller chip,to achieve data reception,display and temperature and humidity over the line to the police.To the radio frequency data collection system,circuit is simple ,stable performance , antiinterference ability,high reliability and easy expansion.Transmission distance up to 500m,temperature measurement,measuring precision is relatively high.Therefore,this system is suitable for a variety of shortrange detection of temperature and
