盆花自動澆水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(硬件部分)摘 要盆花自動澆水系統(tǒng)包括土壤溫度、濕度的檢測與濕度控制和蓄水箱自動上水及水位報警兩大部分。土壤溫度、濕度的檢測與控制中實現(xiàn)了對土壤的溫度、濕度檢測和顯示,自動對土壤澆水。土壤溫度、濕度的檢測和顯示以數(shù)字溫濕度傳感器 SHT11 為檢測部件,AT89C52 單片機對檢測到的土壤溫度、濕度值進行處理計算,并將結(jié)果在 LCD 中顯示。自動澆水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計為智能和手動兩個部分:智能澆水部分是通過單片機程序設(shè)定澆水的上下限值與 SHT11 送入單片機的土壤濕度值相比較,當?shù)陀谙孪拗禃r,單片機輸出一個信號控制繼電器吸合,開始澆水,高于上限值時再由單片機輸出一個信號控制繼電器彈開,停止?jié)菜皇謩硬糠滞ㄟ^在單片機中設(shè)定每天澆水的時間,并且這個時間為 DS12887 的鬧鐘中斷事件,當鬧鐘中斷發(fā)生時就開始對土壤澆水,并且啟動 DS12887 的時間更新中斷,每秒鐘檢測土壤的濕度,當達到一定的濕度時,停止對土壤澆水。蓄水箱自動上水及水位報警采用純硬件電路控制,實現(xiàn)水箱水位實時監(jiān)測、自動上水以及水位上下限報警的功能。關(guān)鍵詞:AT89C52 單片機,SHT11 溫濕度傳感器, LCD,DS12887 時鐘芯片,C51 程序,數(shù)字電路Design of potted flowers automatic watering system(Ha rdware part)AbstractThe design of the automatic watering system includes soil pot humidity detection and display, automatic watering and storage box automatic water and water level alarm three parts. S oil testing and display of temperature and humidity system takes Temperature and humidity sen sor SHT 11 as inductive ponents, it will detect the soil temperature and humidity value and input the value to the AT89C52 microcontroller,then the temperature and humidity value will be output to LCD screen displayed. Automatic watering system design for intelligence and manual two watering part through the microcontroller program setting the upper and lower water attained,then paring this upper and lower water attained with the vale that throug hing SHT11 inputting to the microcontroller. When below the limit SCM outputs a signal to o pening the Electromagic valve ,and Start watering .if Above the upper limit value,the SCM will output another signal to Turnning off the Electromagic valve ,and Stop watering. Manual part read the time from the clock chip DS12887 by microputer. Through software program to setting the regular watering39。time and Watering box Water level control system u ses Pure hardware control.
