【正文】 全日制本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計`題 目： 銀行本票結(jié)算系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn) ——整體框架搭建 學(xué) 院： xxxxxxxxxx學(xué)院 專業(yè)年級： xxxxxxxxxxx學(xué)生姓名： xxxxxx 學(xué)號： xxxxxxxxx 指導(dǎo)教師： xxxxxxx 職稱： 講師 2015年 3 月 29 日 摘 要隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)和全球經(jīng)濟一體化的發(fā)展對傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)，我國商業(yè)銀行必須對傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營和管理理念進行轉(zhuǎn)變，業(yè)務(wù)流程再造是商業(yè)銀行改善經(jīng)營環(huán)境提升競爭力的有效手段。本文針對銀行的信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程再造進行了分析，提出具體的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造方法并對流程再造的方法進行了評價。本論文首先對銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的研究背景意義進行了介紹，闡述了銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的理論內(nèi)涵，分析了以往銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的原則、目標(biāo)、具體步驟和策略，然后以銀行信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程再造為例，系統(tǒng)地分析了銀行現(xiàn)有信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程的過程，從客戶視角出發(fā)對現(xiàn)行流程進行外部分析，同時運用四要素分析法進行了內(nèi)部分析并分析了現(xiàn)行流程產(chǎn)生的根本原因；其次針對銀行現(xiàn)行信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程存在的問題提出以客戶為中心，應(yīng)用業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的總體方案建立客戶經(jīng)理制度簡化了客戶操作流程，建立外包審計業(yè)務(wù)制降低了信用評級流程，組建風(fēng)險流程小組提高了風(fēng)險控制成立貸款審批團隊提高了審批效率、降低了審批風(fēng)險；最后采用排隊理論模型對銀行信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程中的作業(yè)時間服務(wù)效率進行了評價，并運用數(shù)學(xué)統(tǒng)計方法對客戶滿意和穩(wěn)定性進行了評價，結(jié)果表明本文提出的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造方案具有較好的效果，本論文提出的方法對銀行信貸業(yè)務(wù)流程再造方法的發(fā)展具有重要的意義，為其他商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造提供了有參考價值的思路。關(guān)鍵詞：業(yè)務(wù)流程再造。信貸業(yè)務(wù)。方案設(shè)計。 AbstractWith the development of information technology and global economic integration the mercial banks face the new challenge The mercial banks must change the conventional operation and management idea The business process reengineering BPR is an effective method to improve the management environment and petitiveness In this paper we analyze the present business process and propose the detailed BPR method and evaluate the method using the mathematical method First in this paper we introduce the BPR background and describe the BPR theory of mercial banks Meantime we analyze the BPR principles objectives specific steps and strategies Then aiming at the BPR in the A bank we analyze the process of the credit business process analysis We diagnose the present process based on the customer perspective and diagnose the internal process using the four element method Resultantly we analyze the causes of the present business process Moreover to solve
