摘要本課題主要是針對圓蓋的注塑模具設計,該圓蓋材料為改性PS,是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中常見的一種保護蓋產(chǎn)品。通過對塑件進行工藝的分析和比較,最終設計出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性,具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、側(cè)抽機構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機的選擇及有關參數(shù)的校核都有詳細的設計,同時并簡單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過整個設計過程表明該模具能夠達到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。根據(jù)題目設計的主要任務是圓蓋注塑模具的設計,也就是設計一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)塑件產(chǎn)品,以實現(xiàn)自動化提高產(chǎn)量。針對塑件的具體結(jié)構(gòu),該模具是點澆口的雙分型面注射模具。 在現(xiàn)代的模具設計生產(chǎn)中,通常運用UG軟件進行產(chǎn)品的3D圖形設計,UGMoldWizard 是 UG 系統(tǒng)的一個獨立的智能化設計注射模具的模塊,按照注射模具設計過程的一般順序來實現(xiàn)模具設計的整個過程。利用UG分析中的塑模部件驗證對制件分析,并設置脫模方向及型芯和型腔區(qū)域。依次利用UG注塑模向?qū)е械哪>逤SYS、收縮率、工件、型腔布局、分型、模架標準件、澆口流道和冷卻等功能設計三維模具。并運用 UGMoldWizard 檢驗制件構(gòu)的合理性,以及注射模具結(jié)構(gòu)設計的可行性。最后由三維圖直接生成二維圖。關鍵詞:注塑模 圓蓋 側(cè)抽機構(gòu)ABSTRACTThe main topic covered for a round of injection mold design, the materials for Modified PS, is monly found in industrial production of a protective cover products.
