【正文】 摘 要污水處理廠處理規(guī)模為近期 萬(wàn) m179。/d ,遠(yuǎn)期 萬(wàn) m179。/d,設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為:懸浮物(SS):30mg/L;五日生化需氧量( BOD5):30mg/L;化學(xué)需氧量(COD cr):100mg/L;出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 (GB 189182022)二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),擬定出水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)為:COD Cr:≤100mg/L;BOD 5≤30mg/L;SS≤30mg/L;NH 3N≤10mg/L。設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)氮含量較高,因此在設(shè)計(jì)處理工藝是還需要考慮脫氮除磷技術(shù),由于污水廠規(guī)模較小,污水日變化量較大,因此,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中選擇適應(yīng)該情況的氧化溝工藝。在氧化溝前添加厭氧池,以提高除磷效果。實(shí)現(xiàn)出水水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)且穩(wěn)定的目的。本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要構(gòu)筑物包括集水井、粗格柵、泵房、細(xì)格柵、曝氣沉砂池、carrousel氧化溝、輻流式二沉池、配水井、污泥濃縮池、污泥脫水車(chē)間等。市政污水管網(wǎng)收集的污水經(jīng)中格柵攔截較大的懸浮物和漂浮物后,由污水泵房提升至細(xì)格池去除比重較大的無(wú)機(jī)顆粒,通過(guò)氧化溝,以去除大量的有機(jī)物,同時(shí)達(dá)到脫氮除磷的效果。處理后的污水在輻流式二沉池內(nèi)進(jìn)行泥水分離,再經(jīng)過(guò) V 型濾池進(jìn)一步去除 SS,后經(jīng)消毒后排放。污泥回流比為 100%,其余的由污泥脫水機(jī)房濃縮脫水后外運(yùn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)污水廠占地 。 設(shè)計(jì)中省略了初次沉淀池,節(jié)省了基建和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。氧化溝表面曝氣設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單,管理方便,且出水較為穩(wěn)定,做到了水資源的合理利用。關(guān)鍵詞:污水處理、carrousel 氧化溝工藝、脫氮除磷AbstractSewage treatment plant scale of the recent 30000 m179。 / d, forward 60 000 m179。 / d, the design water quality are: suspended solids (the SS):30mg / L; 5, biochemical oxygen demand (of BOD5): 30mg / L; chemical oxygen demand (CODcr): 100mg / L; two standards of water quality of urban sewage treatment plant emission standards (GB 189182022), development of water quality indicators: of CODCr: ≤ 100mg / L; of BOD5≤ 30mg / L; SS ≤ 30mg / L; of NH3N ≤ 10mg / LDesign high water quality nitrogen content in the design of treatment processes is also need to consider nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology, the smaller wastewater treatment plant, sewage larger variation in the design process to adapt to the situation of the oxidationditch process.
