【正文】 機(jī)電綜合應(yīng)用題 目： 基于單片機(jī)的直流可調(diào)電源的設(shè)計(jì) 系部名稱： 信息工程系 專業(yè)班級(jí)： 電氣自動(dòng)化 學(xué)生姓名： 學(xué) 號(hào)： 指導(dǎo)教師： 教師職稱： 2011 年 12 月 27日摘 要現(xiàn)實(shí)的生活和實(shí)驗(yàn)中,常常要用到各種各樣的電源,電壓要求多樣。如何設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)電壓穩(wěn)定,輸出電壓精度高,并且調(diào)節(jié)范圍大的電壓源,成了電子技術(shù)應(yīng)用的熱點(diǎn)。在市面上,各種電源產(chǎn)品各式各樣,有可調(diào)節(jié)的和固定的。但是普遍存在一些問題,如轉(zhuǎn)換效率低,功耗大,輸出精度不高,可調(diào)節(jié)范圍過小,不能滿足特定電壓的要求,輸出不夠穩(wěn)定,紋波電流過大,并且普遍采用可調(diào)電阻器調(diào)節(jié),操作難度大,易磨損老化。本設(shè)計(jì)以單片機(jī)為核心，設(shè)定輸入交流電壓為220v177。10%，使用按鍵設(shè)置電壓，觸動(dòng)后，調(diào)節(jié)滑動(dòng)變阻器控制輸出電壓在0~13V連續(xù)可調(diào)。顯示設(shè)定電壓和測(cè)量電壓，顯示方式LCD液晶顯示。在確定了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案的基礎(chǔ)上，選擇了合適的芯片，并進(jìn)行硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)，系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí)利用Protel 99 SE繪制出系統(tǒng)原理圖。在此基礎(chǔ)上也在軟件編程環(huán)境Keil C51 下進(jìn)行了軟、硬仿真，和仿真結(jié)果也驗(yàn)證了本問的正確性和實(shí)用性。關(guān)鍵字：TLC1543，單片機(jī)STC89C52，穩(wěn)壓電源 Adjustable DC Regulated Switching Power Supply Base On Singlechip MicroputerAbstractIn real life and experimental, often use a variety of power supply, voltage requirements, and diverse.How to design a voltage stability, high output voltage accuracy, and adjust the range of voltage sources, into a hot spot of electronic technology application.In the market, various power supplies product variety, with adjustable and fixed.But there are some mon problems, such as the low conversion efficiency, power consumption, output accuracy is not high, adjustable range is too small and does not meet the requirements of a specific voltage, output stable enough, excessive ripple current and generally adjustable resistor is used to regulate, the operation difficult, easy to wear and aging.In singlechip at the core of this design, set the input AC voltage is 220V 177。 10%, using the keys set voltage, after touching, sliding rheostat controlled output voltage regulation in 0~13V adjustable.Display set voltage and measuring voltage, precision as displayed is , liquid crystal display LCD display.On the basis of confirming the overall design plan of the system, choosing the suitable chips to do the hardware circuit designing and the software designing. And so T painted the schematic diagram with Protel 99 SE.
