【正文】 水箱水位單片機控制系統(tǒng)摘 要傳統(tǒng)的水箱水位控制結(jié)構(gòu)復雜不易實現(xiàn),是采用較為古老的方式來控制,這樣在實現(xiàn)控制上需要更多的人力和物力。計算機作為信息時代的產(chǎn)物,它被使用在生活的方方面面,當今單片機已經(jīng)可以較好的控制水箱水位的變化。這種操作方式有利于很好的實現(xiàn)人機對話和修正改變簡單,因此單片機自問世以來一直受到工業(yè)控制的重視。本文首先從介紹單一一類基于單片機技術(shù)來實現(xiàn)水箱水位控制的設計理論入手。然后稍微詳細的敘述了單片機的端口、引腳和功能,比較系統(tǒng)的分析了以單片機為核心的系統(tǒng)部件。接下來設計了外圍系統(tǒng)的硬件電路,最之后能夠達到合理水位的控制目的。在控制期間中,檢測設備使用氣體壓力傳感器輸出檢測到的信號,傳送到核心單片機的模擬量輸入口,并對其和給定值進行運算和對比,得到輸出控制信號傳送到單片機控制系統(tǒng)中的交流變頻器,單片機來控制交流電機,實現(xiàn)水箱水位變化的控制。關鍵詞:水箱水位;單片機;控制;PID 設計 The design of control system of waterlevel based on MicroputerAbstractThe traditional tank water level control system is not easy to achieve. It used the more sophisticated way to control water level. It was the oldest tool. But the realization of control required more human and material resources. As the product of the information age. Computers are used in all aspects of life today. They can have better control of the microcontroller tank water level changes . This mode of operation is conducive to a good manmachine dialogue and change a simple fix . so the microcontroller has been since the advent of the industrial control attention.This paper first introduces a single microcontrollerbased technologies to achieve a design theory tank water level control to start. Followed by a more detailed exposition of the microcontroller pin and use. the system introduces the microcontroller as the core of the system ponents. Next peripheral system hardware circuit design . the most reasonable control purposes can be achieved after the water level . During the control. the use of gas detection equipment to detect the pressure sensor output signal sent to the microcontroller core analog input port . and its operation . and given value and contrast . to obtain an output control signal to the microcontroller control system AC drives .
