【正文】 東華理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)1摘 要本文講述了協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。所謂的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)供員工日常辦公使用的系統(tǒng),包括個(gè)人辦公、會(huì)議管理、系統(tǒng)管理。 近年來,信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展給協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了條件,也提出了新的課題。這項(xiàng)工作涉及多方面的技術(shù),如網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù) 。本文在開發(fā)基于 java 平臺(tái)的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷史。同時(shí)也比較分析了實(shí)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)的各種技術(shù)。本系統(tǒng)包括三大主功能模塊,個(gè)人辦公,會(huì)議管理和系統(tǒng)管理。不同的功能進(jìn)行不同的使用和管理。個(gè)人辦公為員工提供了日常辦公經(jīng)常用到的功能,包括個(gè)人信息維護(hù)、名片夾管理、通訊錄管理、待辦事項(xiàng)管理和個(gè)人文件夾管理。會(huì)議管理:由管理員對會(huì)議室進(jìn)行管理,員工使用會(huì)議室時(shí)進(jìn)行預(yù)約,由管理員統(tǒng)一安排,并提供對會(huì)議通知發(fā)布和會(huì)議記錄提交功能。系統(tǒng)管理為系統(tǒng)管理員提供后臺(tái)管理的功能,主要包括組織管理。該系統(tǒng)的基本任務(wù)是利用先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù),使人們解決對一部分辦公業(yè)務(wù)的處理,達(dá)到提高生產(chǎn)率,質(zhì)量和工作效率的目的。該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用 JSP 開發(fā)動(dòng)態(tài)頁面的優(yōu)勢,和具有強(qiáng)大功能的 J2EE 構(gòu)建基于 B/S 模式的辦公系統(tǒng),幫助企業(yè)避免重復(fù)錯(cuò)誤和重復(fù)工作,使企業(yè)提高整體業(yè)務(wù)水平。關(guān)鍵詞 :協(xié)同辦公,J2EE,java,JSPABSTRACTThis paper describes the cooperative office system design and implementation.
