【正文】 I / 24摘 要近年來，集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，推動了低成本、低功耗手表的發(fā)展。同時(shí)由于 CMOS 技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，使表的功能日趨完善和優(yōu)化。本文系統(tǒng)的闡述了電源電壓是 ，而整個(gè)電路正常工作需要 3V，能顯示時(shí)、分、秒的三位半數(shù)字表芯片電路的設(shè)計(jì)，并且深入淺出的研究了三位半數(shù)字表芯片電路設(shè)計(jì)中的許多關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。首先，本文簡單介紹了三位半數(shù)字表芯片電路的工作原理。然后詳細(xì)闡述了倍壓電路和顯示模塊的原理和設(shè)計(jì)過程。最后，應(yīng)用 Cadence 模擬仿真軟件Hspice，數(shù)字仿真軟件 NC_verilog 對電路進(jìn)行了仿真和優(yōu)化，驗(yàn)證了其工作原理的正確性，并使電路功能均達(dá)到或優(yōu)于要求。關(guān)鍵字：倍壓電路，1/2 偏壓產(chǎn)生電路，顯示譯碼器AbstractNowadays, with the explosive growth in the integrate circuit industry , low cost and low power watches have been advancing. At the same time, due to the development of the CMOS technology, the functions of the watches are on the way to be perfect.In this paper, the design of the 3（1/2）digital watch was studied. It must be worked under a 3V power source supply, but we only use single battery. The watch can show the second , minute and hour through liquid crystal display. In addition, numbers of tricky techniques utilized in circuit implementations were explained in a simple way.This paper mences with a brief introduction of the main theory in the 3（1/2 ）digital watch. Then, the voltage doubler and display module were depicted in details. Last, it describes that how we optimized the circuit and validated the correctness of it through the simulation, which had been done by Hspice and NC_verilog.
