【正文】 摘要隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的迅速發(fā)展，固體定量給料系統(tǒng)作為一項(xiàng)實(shí)用型的技術(shù)被廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、化工、水泥、建材和食品等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。在這樣的環(huán)境下定量給料機(jī)的需求量日益增大。本系統(tǒng)采用電磁閥和流量計(jì)給料機(jī)作為定量給料設(shè)備，給料機(jī)采用控制流量來達(dá)到定量給料的目的。定量給料系統(tǒng)的PLC控制系統(tǒng)是機(jī)電一體化發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。本論文針對(duì)定量給料機(jī)的特點(diǎn)，并 PLC 控制技術(shù)，對(duì)定量給料系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行的研究，其主要內(nèi)容如下：了解定量給料機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理；掌握 PLC 的硬件構(gòu)成，工作原理，完成對(duì) PLC 的選型；設(shè)計(jì)定量給料機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)；用 STEP7 完成對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的編程。關(guān)鍵詞：給料；定量；PLC；控制系統(tǒng)。AbstractWith the rapid development of industrial production，the solid constant feeding system which is a practical technology has been widely used in metallurgy, chemicals, cement, building materials, food and as well as other industry circles. So, in this situation, the demand of constant feeder is increasingly augmented. This system adopts the electromagic valve and flowmeter feeder as the constant feeding device, the feeder achieves the goal of constant feeding by controlling the flow. The PLC control system of constant feeding system is the inevitable oute of the development of mechatronics. This article focuses on the characteristics of constant feeder, and PLC control technology, studies the constant feeding system.
