摘 要本設(shè)計(jì)主要研究不同用量的氧化鋅對(duì)陶瓷結(jié)合劑性能的影響,以粘土長(zhǎng)石硼玻璃基礎(chǔ)體系為結(jié)合劑,以碳化硅為磨粒,分別加入5%﹑10%、15%、20% 的氧化鋅,測(cè)出相對(duì)應(yīng)的耐火度、熱膨脹系數(shù)、抗折強(qiáng)度、硬度,然后進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理分析,對(duì)比不加氧化鋅的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合劑,研究氧化鋅對(duì)其性能的影響。根據(jù)氧化鋅含量的不同,耐火度也不斷變化,同時(shí)助溶效果也大大不同。 此外,氧化鋅對(duì)陶瓷結(jié)合劑抗折強(qiáng)度、熱膨脹系數(shù)也有一定影響。當(dāng)氧化鋅加入量約為10%時(shí)其抗折強(qiáng)度最大,小于10%時(shí),隨氧化鋅含量的增高而提高,當(dāng)加入量大于10%時(shí),隨著氧化鋅含量的增加而降低;氧化鋅的加入會(huì)增大陶瓷結(jié)合劑的熱膨脹系數(shù),同時(shí)從斷面形貌來(lái)看,氧化鋅的加入可以改善結(jié)合劑與磨粒的之間的界面結(jié)合狀況性??傊?,氧化鋅能夠顯著改變陶瓷結(jié)合劑的性能,對(duì)低溫陶瓷結(jié)合劑的制備有著光明的前景。關(guān)鍵詞:陶瓷結(jié)合劑 氧化鋅 耐火度 抗折強(qiáng)度 熱膨脹系數(shù) Title Effect of ZnO content on properties of vitrified bond AbstractThis design different amount of zinc oxide ceramic bonding agent performance, clay feldspar borosilicate glass base system for the binder, silicon carbide abrasive ,respectively, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% zinc oxide, measured by the refractoriness of the corresponding coefficient of thermal expansion, flexural strength, hardness, and data processing and analysis, the contrast without the zinc oxide on the basis of binding agents, the study of zinc oxide ceramic bonding agent performance.
