【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 六層電梯的 PLC控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè) 電氣工程及其自動化 學(xué)生姓名 班級 學(xué)號 指導(dǎo)教師 完成日期 2020 年 5 月 26 日 鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書( 2020) 六層電梯的 PLC控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 :隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,微電子技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和自動控制技術(shù)也得到了迅速發(fā)展,而電梯作為現(xiàn)代高層建筑的垂直交通工具,與人們的生活緊密相關(guān),扮演著越來越重要的角色 。 隨著科技的進(jìn)步 ,研究可編程 控制器( PLC) 在電梯中的控制運(yùn)用是一 個非常有意義的課題。 這次 設(shè)計(jì) 是 利 用可編程序控制器 ( PLC) 控制一個六層乘客電梯。主要目的是解決目前電梯控制中存在的一些問題,合理地利用 PLC的硬件資源和軟件資源,充分利用各種指令的簡化控制程序,做到控制程序應(yīng)盡量簡單,便于理解,并有一定的規(guī)律性以便能適合于不同控制樓層的要求, 使電梯達(dá)到較為理想的控制效果。 在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中通過對電梯所需的輸入輸出節(jié)點(diǎn)的統(tǒng)計(jì)來選擇合適的 PLC型號,在進(jìn)行 PLC控制的軟件設(shè)計(jì)時,首先把電梯的整個控制過程進(jìn)行分解,把它分成不同的幾個模塊,然后對這幾個模塊分別進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),最后再把它們 重新組合起來成為一個完整的控制系統(tǒng)。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用三種控制方式 :乘客操作方式 、 司機(jī)操作方式和手動檢修方式 。 與以前的電梯相比 ,本設(shè)計(jì)的電梯具有可靠性高 ,控制程序簡單 ,輸入輸出端子使用少的特點(diǎn) 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :電梯 ; PLC; 控制梯形圖 ; 程序 鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì)說明書( 2020) Design on The sixstorey elevator PLC control system Abstract: With the highspeed development of China39。s economic ,Microelectronics technology, puter technology and automation technology has been developing rapidly .And the lift as a modern highrise building, the vertical transport, and people39。s lives are closely linked, are playing an increasingly important role with the advancement of technology, Research Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in the elevator on the use of control is a very meaningful task. The main purpose is to solve some problems of the existing elevator control, the rational use of PLC hardware resources and software resources Make full use of all the mands simplified control procedures, the control procedures should be done as simple and easy to understand And with some regularity in order to be tailored to different floors control of the calls that lifts quite satisfactory control results.
