【正文】 2020 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計 外加劑摻量對混凝土性能的影響 院 、 部: 湖南工學(xué)院材料與化學(xué)學(xué)院 學(xué)生姓名: 譚貝 指導(dǎo)教師: 李治軍 職稱 講師 專 業(yè): 無機非金屬材料工程 班 級: 材本 0902 班 完成時間: 2020 年 4 月 25 日 摘 要 外加劑是現(xiàn)代混凝土必不可少的組分之一,有些學(xué)者甚至稱其為混凝土的第五元素。聚梭酸高效減水劑作為新一代減水劑具有摻量低、減水率高、保坍性能強、相容性強、生產(chǎn)無污染等優(yōu)點。因此使用聚梭酸高效減水劑業(yè)已成為我國混凝土行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文通過在 C30 混凝土中摻加不同摻量的聚羧酸高效減水劑VIVI500,試驗不同摻量下混凝土的活易性能(坍落度大小與損失程度)和物理性能( 抗壓、抗折強度)。分析其摻量對混凝土性能的影響。并利用優(yōu)選相似對稱原理,確定試驗 C30配比中聚羧酸減水劑 VIVI500的最佳摻量。 實驗結(jié)果表明聚羧酸高效減水劑 VIVI500 摻量最主要影響混凝土的坍落度大小,改善混凝土活易性能,減少坍落度損失,保持混凝土塑性,保證泵送施工。而對混凝土力學(xué)抗壓,抗折強度影響不大。在混凝土外加劑的飽和摻量前隨外加劑摻量的增加,混凝土坍落度快速增加,增幅比較大。而混凝土抗壓,抗折強度會在初次摻加外加劑時略有降低然后回升,增幅較小。而在混凝土外加劑超過飽和摻量后,其混凝土活易性 能,物理性能都會相對降低,對混凝土性能的改善起反作用。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 外加劑摻量;坍落度大?。惶涠葥p失;抗壓強度;抗折強度 ABSTRACT Admixture is one of the essential ponents of modern concrete, some scholars have even referred to as the fifth element of concrete. Poly shuttle acid high efficiency water reducing agent as a new generation of water reducing agent with low dosage, high water reducing rate, collapse performance is strong, strong patibility, production of pollutionfree, etc. So using poly shuttle acid high efficiency water reducing agent has bee the development trend of the concrete industry in our country. This graduation design paper through in C30 concrete mixed with different dosage of poly carboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent VIVI 500 test live easy characteristics of concrete under different proportion of size and the loss rate (slump) and physical properties (pressive strength, bending strength). Analysis of the content on the properties of concrete. Determine test, and use the select similar symmetry principle, ratio of C30 poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent in the best dosage of VIVI 500. Experimental results show that poly carboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent dosage of VIVI 500 the main size effect of concrete slump and live easy to improve concrete performance, reduce slump loss, maintain plastic, concrete pumping construction. And mechanics of concrete pressive strength, flexural strength. In front of the concrete admixture of saturated content with the increase of the admixture content, the concrete slump increases rapidly, growth is larger. The concrete pressive strength, flexural strength will be adding admixtures for the first time slightly lower then recovery, less growth. In after the saturation dosage of the concrete admixture, live performance, the concrete physical properties are relatively lower, to improve the performance of concrete work against it.
