【正文】 近終形異型坯連鑄特點(diǎn)分析劉建華1，包燕平1，杜松林2，孫維2，黃社青2（，北京100083；，安徽 馬鞍山 243011）摘要：異型坯連鑄生產(chǎn)存在諸多特點(diǎn)：鑄坯橫向表面溫度嚴(yán)重不均勻；比表面積較大，冷卻速度快，在矯直區(qū)表面溫度易低于900℃，處于大部分鋼種的低溫脆性區(qū)；冶金長(zhǎng)度短；坯殼生長(zhǎng)不均勻；結(jié)晶器內(nèi)坯殼應(yīng)力應(yīng)變復(fù)雜，腹板表面、R角和翼緣端部表面受到較強(qiáng)的拉應(yīng)力；翼緣窄面?zhèn)戎鶢罹ё顚?，R角處柱狀晶帶厚度次之，再其次是腹板處，翼緣端部柱狀晶帶最窄；翼緣窄面?zhèn)?、R角處和腹板處柱狀晶較粗，翼緣端部柱狀晶最細(xì)??；鑄坯中大型夾雜物數(shù)量較多；異型坯連鑄生產(chǎn)對(duì)精煉和連鑄工藝均具有較高的要求。關(guān)鍵詞：異型坯；連鑄；特點(diǎn)Analysis of the Characters of Near Net Beam Blank Continuous CastingJianhua Liu, Yanping Bao, Gaoxing ChenSchool of Metallurgical and Ecological Engineering, USTB, Beijing 100083Wei Sun, Kaizhong Wang, Sheqing WangTechnology center, Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Maanshan 243011, Anhui, ChinaAbstract: Some characters about the beam blank continuous casting are analyzed and described in this paper: the lateral surface temperature is seriously uneven。 the surface temperature of the beam blank in the straighten section is often blew 900℃ and locates in the fragile temperature ranges of most cast steel categories, because of the rapid cooling due to the high surface area per mass blank。 the metallurgical length is short。 the shell grows unevenly in the mould, the stress and strain in the shell in the mould is plicate, high tensile stress is found in the surface of webs, fillets, and flange tips。 the thicknesses of columnar crystal zones in the narrow sides of the flanges are the widest, and those in the flange tips are the narrowest, while those in fillets and webs are among them。 the columnar crystal in the narrow sides of the flanges, fillets and webs are cruder than those in the flange tips。 the large inclusion amount in the beam blank is high。 and strict processes for refining and casting are required for beam bl
