It was shown that the solidsolution temperature had obvious effect on the grain size in the Inconel690. The grain size increased remarkably when the solution temperature was over 1150℃. Cr23C6 precipitated mainly in the grain boundaries. With the increase of thermal treatment temperature and time, the amount and size of Cr23C6 increased. At the same time,The distribution of Cr23C6 changed from discrete structure to semicontinu
