It was shown that the solidsolution temperature had obvious effect on the grain size in the Inconel690. The grain size increased remarkably when the solution temperature was over 1150℃. Cr23C6 precipitated mainly in the grain boundaries. With the increase of thermal treatment temperature and time, the amount and size of Cr23C6 increased.
