【正文】 摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)摘要先進(jìn)的摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)及試驗(yàn)技術(shù)對(duì)于摩擦學(xué)研究的深入開(kāi)展有著重意義。本文在對(duì)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的發(fā)展概況、分類(lèi)、特點(diǎn)，摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)的目的、試驗(yàn)的基本方法等進(jìn)行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)的要求明細(xì)表，通過(guò)功能分析確定試驗(yàn)機(jī)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，從主機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、主軸回轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)、多樣式裝夾、氣壓加載結(jié)構(gòu)等方面對(duì)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。該試驗(yàn)機(jī)能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)摩擦副的軸向加載、徑向加載以及往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)等，結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定符合一般實(shí)驗(yàn)要求。關(guān)鍵詞：摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)；氣壓加載；往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)structural design of FrictionWear Tester machine AbstractAdvanced friction and wear tester and test technology for tribological studies have highlighted significant depth.
