【正文】 企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及應(yīng)對(duì)探討文獻(xiàn)綜述重慶工商大學(xué) 會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)200X級(jí)X班 XX指導(dǎo)老師 XXX目錄摘 要 2一、財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)基礎(chǔ)理論研究 在理論界，財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)在財(cái)務(wù)理論的核心內(nèi)容，得到了學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注和重視。財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與企業(yè)資金的籌措、運(yùn)用、管理以及安全密切相關(guān)，它是從價(jià)值方面反映企業(yè)在理財(cái)活動(dòng)里邊以及處理財(cái)務(wù)關(guān)系中所遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 2財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的概念研究 2James C. Van Horn, John M. Wachowicz Jr(2001)在《Fundamental of Financial Management》里面更寬泛地說明了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)包括可能喪失償債能力的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，以及由于使用財(cái)務(wù)杠桿而導(dǎo)致的每股收益變動(dòng)。 2財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的類型研究 3二、財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生因素研究 4三、財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略研究 5參考文獻(xiàn) 6摘 要：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的不斷完善，企業(yè)競爭日趨激烈，所面臨的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也越來越多，企業(yè)一旦發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)，勢必影響其正常的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)。為了使企業(yè)在競爭中處于不敗之地，有效地規(guī)避、防范和控制財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文正是從財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)理論出發(fā)，對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的定義、類別、產(chǎn)生原因、以及采取的防范措施進(jìn)行了梳理和評(píng)述，以便更清晰地認(rèn)識(shí)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn) 財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī) 防范措施Abstract：Constantly improve the market economic system, enterprises increasingly fierce petition faced by more and more financial risk.
