【正文】 LED二次光學設計在道路照明中的應用 本科畢業(yè)論文(科研訓練、畢業(yè)設計)題 目:LED二次光學設計在道路照明的應用姓 名:學 院:物理與機電工程學院系:物理學系專 業(yè):信息電子年 級:學 號:75指導教師(校內(nèi)): 職稱:副教授指導教師(校外): 職稱:29LED二次光學設計在道路照明的應用摘要 本文從LED在道路照明中的應用談起,引用了《城市道路照明設計標準》(CJJ452006),主要從“道路照明評價指標”、“機動車道道路照明標準值”等方面敘述,引出我國目前LED在道路照明的情況、急需解決的問題以及發(fā)展應用前景,指出本篇文章的意義。結(jié)合LED的結(jié)構(gòu)、大功率LED的結(jié)構(gòu)、LED的發(fā)光原理以及一次光學設計進行敘述,讓讀者對LED的基本理論知識有個深層次的了解,為理解LED的二次光學設計做好準備。散熱問題是大功率LED在實際照明應用中亟待解決的問題之一。本文對大功率LED的散熱問題進行初步探討。主要從大功率LED散熱問題產(chǎn)生的原因、解決散熱問題的基本方法以及目前散熱問題的基本情況等方面進行闡述。 另外本文闡述了二次光學設計的目的,基本理念。充分利用LED自身的發(fā)光特點,結(jié)合道路照明的標準及目前市場銷售的路燈二次光學系統(tǒng)設計,重點從多向基板的設計,結(jié)合透鏡的設計以及反光鏡的設計等幾個方面討論。以減少光損失、提高路面照度均勻度為出發(fā)點,充分考慮環(huán)境比及眩光限制閾值增量,設計出更符合道路照明的LED二次光學系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞:LED 道路照明 二次光學設計 多向基板 燈具效率 The applications of LED secondary optical design on the road lightingAbstract:This paper is related with LED lighting applications on the road lighting, citing the city road lighting design standards (CJJ452006), discusses mainly from the road lighting evaluation index, VehicleRoad road lighting standard value and other aspects, points out the current situation of our country’s LED lighting, the urgent problems to be solved, the prospects of applications, as well as the significance of this article.This paper, by describing the LED structure, highpower LED structure, LED lightemitting principles and optical design , aims at giving the readers a deep understanding of basic LED theories, and preparing the readers for the understanding of LED secondary optical design.Thermal problem is one of the most urgent problems in the application of highpower LED lighting. This article gives a preliminary discussion on the heat dissipation problem of highpower LED, mainly from the cause of thermal problem, the basic approaches of the thermal problem and the current situation of the thermal problem.In addition, this article also states the purpose and basic conceptions of the secondary optical design. This solution, making full use of LED lightemitting characteristics, as well as taking into consideration the standards of road lighting and the secondary optical design in the current market, discusses mainly from the design of multisubstrate, together with other aspects such as the design of lens and the design of mirrors.
