畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)論文 36296518 原創(chuàng)通過(guò)答辯i摘 要本論文介紹了側(cè)孔矩形盒塑件注射模設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。從型腔數(shù)量和布局的確定、注射機(jī)選擇、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、模板及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選用、脫模及抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、成型部件的設(shè)計(jì)等一一進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。塑件有側(cè)槽,需要設(shè)計(jì)側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu),增加了模具的復(fù)雜程度。同時(shí)利用了 Pro/E,Auto CAD 軟件進(jìn)行塑件的輔助設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:側(cè)孔矩形盒塑件;注射模;Pro/E;Auto CAD畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)論文 36296518 原創(chuàng)通過(guò)答辯iiABSTRACTThis paper introduces the main process of the injection mold designing of the plastic of side holes rectangular box , recounts the detail as these followed: deciding of the number and the arrangement of the cavity, selection of the machine for injection, the feed system。the molding boards and the standardized parts 。the detrusion ponents , corepulling outfit, and molding parts design .The plastics has one side slot, so needs to design a corepulling part from the side. As a result , it adds the plexity of the mold. And the software of Pro/E and Auto CAD was used to aided design the injective die for plastic production in this project.Key words:plastic of side holes rectangular box Injects the mold Pro/E Auto
