【正文】 摘 要 I 電子與信息工程學(xué)院 本 科 畢 業(yè) 論 文 論文題目 基于 FX2N PLC 飲料灌裝生產(chǎn) 流水線的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名 陳 明 學(xué) 號(hào) 063522057 專 業(yè) 電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化 班 級(jí) 063522 指導(dǎo)教師 周 令 2020 年 5 月 西安交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 摘 要 本文主要介紹的是基于三菱 FX2N32MR001 PLC 的飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)流水線的控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)包括硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。其中硬件設(shè)計(jì)包括三菱FX2N32MR001 PLC 外部電路的設(shè)計(jì)與安裝；軟件部分包括程序的設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試。 所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)最終能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)以下功能： (1)能對(duì)空瓶進(jìn)行運(yùn)送、灌裝，灌裝量可根據(jù)空瓶大小設(shè)定；（ 2）對(duì)滿瓶進(jìn)行運(yùn)送及計(jì)數(shù)，計(jì)數(shù)值包括累計(jì)計(jì)數(shù)、單位包裝計(jì)數(shù)，單位包裝計(jì)數(shù)量可根據(jù)包裝大小設(shè)定；（ 3）能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)手動(dòng)復(fù)位。該系統(tǒng)主要運(yùn)用了三菱 PLC、傳感器、繼電器、 行程開關(guān)等器件，利用 PLC 良好的自動(dòng)控制性能，實(shí)現(xiàn)飲料罐裝生產(chǎn)過程的無人控制 。 關(guān) 鍵 詞 ： 三菱 FX2N32MR001 PLC；飲料灌裝；生產(chǎn)流水線；無人控制 ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT This paper mainly introduces the control system of beverage filling production line based on Mitsubishi FX2N32MR001 system design consists of hardware and software design. The hardware design includes Mitsubishi FX2N32MR001 PLC’s external circuit design and installation。 software design includes the design and debugging of program. The system can achieve the following functions: (1) The bottles can be transported and filled and the filling volume can be set according to the size of bottles。 (2) the full bottles can be transported and counted, the count includes total count and the count of unit package and the total number of unit packaging can be set according to package size。 (3) the system can achieve manually reset. The system mainly uses the Mitsubishi PLC, sensors, relays, switches and so on and uses the good automatic control performance of PLC to achieve the no control of beverage filling production line .
