【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 1 摘 要 西安市西南郊地區(qū)的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)廢水和居民生活污水其混合比例為 7:3,其廢水水質(zhì)的主要特點(diǎn)是含有大量的有機(jī)物,屬高濃度有機(jī)廢水,故其生化需氧量也較大。該混合廢水的 處理廠的處理水量為 15 萬 3/md,原混合廢水中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)為: BOD 濃度為 180 /Lmg ,COD 濃度為 400 /Lmg , SS 濃度為 255 /Lmg ,氨氮濃度為 32 /Lmg 。 經(jīng)分析知該處理水質(zhì)屬易生物降解,且需要二級出水經(jīng)深度處理, 可采用生物處理使水 達(dá)到工業(yè)回用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以緩解城市 供水 矛盾 。故本設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程為:污水 → 粗 格柵 → 集水井及提升泵房 → 細(xì)格柵 → 曝氣沉砂池 → 選擇 池 → 氧化溝 → 二沉池 → 接觸消毒 池 → 出水 整個工藝具有總投資小、處理效果好、 工藝簡單、 易于管理、 運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、能耗小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。處理 后 的回用水可達(dá)到 國家二級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)深度處理后 的 水質(zhì)如下 ,即: 5BOD 濃度 ≤20 /Lmg ,COD 濃度 ≤100 /Lmg , SS 濃度 ≤20 /Lmg ,氨氮濃度 ≤15/Lmg 。 關(guān)鍵字: 工業(yè) 廢水, 污水處理廠, 氧化溝 ,生活污水 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 2 ABSTRACT Xi39。an city southwest suburbs area of the industrial wastewater and urban sewage and its mixing ratio of 7:3, the wastewater is characterized by containing large amounts of anic matter, high concentration anic wastewater, therefore its biochemical oxygen demand is large. Through the analysis of the processing quality is easily biodegradable, and requires two stage effluent treatment using biological treatment, the water to reach the industrial reuse standard, to alleviate the contradiction of city water supply. The technological process of this design is: Sewage→ Thick grille → Set well and lift pump house→ Fine grille →Aeration sink sand pool → Anaerobic pond→Oxidation ditch→Two sink the pond →Contact oxidation pond→Effluent water The whole process has small total investment, good treatment effect, simple process, easy control, stable operation, low energy consumption. Treated wastewater can be reused to two national emission standards after advanced treatment can reach the standard, That is the concentration of BOD is less than 20, the concentration of COD less than 100, the concentration of SS is less than 20, ammonia concentration is less than 15.
