北京理工大學(xué)珠海學(xué)院 2020 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 城市生活污水 CASS 工藝設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 隨著工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的迅速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高 ,用水緊張和污水排放的問(wèn)題已越來(lái)越突出 .目前 ,我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)絕大部分的生活污水采用直接排放的方式 ,沒(méi)有采取應(yīng)有的治理措施 ,加重了對(duì)環(huán)境的污染 .在國(guó)家可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新政策下 ,環(huán)境保護(hù)已受到各級(jí)政府和全國(guó)人民的重視 ,, 環(huán)境污染日趨嚴(yán)重,加大城市生活污水治理力度勢(shì)在必行。 現(xiàn)擬建一座某城市生活污水處理廠,處理規(guī)模為 60000m3/d,設(shè)計(jì)出水水質(zhì)執(zhí)行 《污水 綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn) (GB8978— 1996)一級(jí)處理 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 。本設(shè)計(jì)采用周期循環(huán)曝氣活性污泥法( CASS)工藝,此工藝 有機(jī)物的去除率預(yù)計(jì)為 90~ 95%,氮的去除率可以達(dá)到 70~ 80%,磷的去除率可達(dá) 90%。 CASS 工藝技術(shù)成熟,流程簡(jiǎn)單、管理方便、運(yùn)行方式靈活、處理效率高、具有良好的脫氮 除磷 效果、出水水質(zhì)好,該工藝已經(jīng)成功運(yùn)用于工程實(shí)踐,具有十分良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)效益。 本設(shè)計(jì)包含污水處理工藝流程的確定,工藝流程中各單體的計(jì)算,施工圖紙的繪制等。 關(guān)鍵字 :污水處理廠 CASS 工藝 脫氮除磷 去除率 北京理工大學(xué)珠海學(xué)院 2020 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II CASS Process Design Of Municipal Sewage ABSTRACT With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production and improve living standards, water stress and sewage disposal problems have bee increasingly prominent. At present, most cities and towns direct discharge of sewage by the way, did not take proper control measures, adding to the pollution of the environment. in the country under the new policy of sustainable development, environmental protection has been the people of all levels of government and the national attention, environmental pollution is more serious. So it is both inevitable and necessary to develop the urban sewage treatment. Now, a Sewage treatment plant will be planed to build in XXX city. Treatment scale of Sewage is 60000m3/d. The effluent quality carries out primary standards from integrated wastewater discharge standard—GB8978—1996. This design uses cyclic activated sludge system(CASS). The estimated removal efficiency of anic materials is between 90 percent and 95 percent, the removal efficiency of nitrogen ranges from 70 to 80 percent., and removal efficiency of phosphorus can reach 90%.The CASS process is a ripe technology with a lot of advantages,such as being easy to manage,flexible operational ways,good disposed effect,and good nitrogen removal is suitable for small and midscale municipal wastewater treatment plants because of its low investment and operational cost .The processing has been successfully applied for actual engineering practice,and has good economic,environmental and social efficiency.
